“Kenara (sp?) is a gem! There was a problem with the cupcakes I ordered for my daughters birthday. They were so busy, and it was a big fix, so I didnt really expect them to fix it. Kenara came out from the back a little bit later and had redone the cupcakes so they were EXACTLY what I had ordered. I was so surprised and thankful. She stayed calm under pressure and was so polite the entire time.

We order cakes and cupcakes from here often and the food and service is always wonderful. This was the first instance of something not being exactly what I ordered and they fixed it 100%. Also, everything is delicious!“

“Always a great treat whether I'm with the family or not and especially on a hot summer day/night, Cold Stone really hits the spot. But even when it gets cold out, still fun to go to even during a brutal Chicago area winter.This is probably the one ice cream parlor around compared to others that has a huge emphasis on toppings/creations which is definitely their strong point.Always a great selection of flavors between their regular year round and seasonal flavors, prices still seem reasonable although the high-end ice cream chain has never really been cheap and customer service remains consistently good in an always spiffy clean/sanitized atmosphere.CSC obviously does battle with competitors such as Oberweis up the road and Graeter's. When it comes to taste and quality, this place lives up to the price and my kids are well worth it anytime of the year.Only con (which doesn't drag down a 5⭐️ rating) about this place is the parking lot which can be greatly limited especially on wknd nights when nearby Giordano's gets packed. You may find yourself having to park east across the street from Starbucks and walking a bit of distance.“

I picked out my dad's favorite...a red velvet cake slice to celebrate his 82nd birthday. In addition, I chose the peanut butter and salted caramel cake slices for me and my husband.
