People in the front where caring asking me how my day was and they came around asking if the food was good.
The kindest and most respectful Dave’s Hot Chicken employees I’ve ever seen. There was a problem with my food and I hate confrontations but they were so helpful and went above and beyond and handled it so professionally. Shout out GM Karen and her employees at this location!
I used to go to Dave’s all the time on my way home from work at the location by Lane Tech when I lived in the city. Now that they are in Arlington Heights I don’t have to day dream of their chicken anymore! Perfect quality every single time

Dave's Hot Chicken has employees who are kind and respectful, helpful, and professional. The chicken is perfect quality every single time. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the food is incredible. The owner is nice and explains the menu. The interior is stunning and upbeat, and the prices are reasonable. The food is top tier. The chicken tenders are big. The food is phenomenal, including the trio and the chicken sandwiches with fries. The spicy level is no joke. The food is good and the service is fine. However, the music inside is insanely loud, and the food takes a long time to come out. At one location, the staff seemed short handed up front, the chicken was not hot, and things were sloppy.
