“You have the best Pho in the whole Chicagoland. Your peanut sauce for the spring rolls are excellent. I didn’t like the chicken wings, the fried rolls and the pot stickers. But I will go back anytime for the Pho👏 I even bragged for your restaurant to my Vietnamese business associates. When they come to Chicago for a super Saturday event I promised to take them to your restaurant. More power to you and to that young boy Toby. He is a hard working boy. He will go a long way. “Asian Bistro is hands down one of the best Asian restaurants I’ve been to in Illinois.
The food was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and incredibly satisfying, every bite left me wanting more. The chicken with chili peppers was easily the standout and one of the best dishes I’ve ever had.
The service was excellent. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and checked in often while also offering great recommendations.
The ambiance was just as impressive. The setting matched the quality of the food, with a clean, vibrant atmosphere and well-thought-out décor.
Overall, I’ll definitely be coming back, this place is a standout.“
