Panera Bread in Aurora

“We love going to Panera, after church on Sundays especially. There is one employee that stands out in my mind, her name is Marie I believe. She is sometimes at the register and oftentimes working the deliveries out to the parking lot. She is always friendly and very personable and very knowledgeable about the menu. Everyone there is helpful and friendly and we always enjoy ourselves there. Sometimes, when we get there, the booths have not been wiped down yet, but we just grab some napkins and take care of that ourselves. We realize that sometimes they have a pretty quick turnover there and it's hard to keep up with cleaning things. However, the ladies restroom is almost always messy in regards to the sink. There is always water all over the sink counter and the automatic paper towel dispenser comes down too far and lays on the sink. It seems to be very sensitive to motion. So you have to tear the wet paper towel off the machine, throw it in the garbage. Then go and grab yourself your own paper towel to dry your hands which may have already automatically unrolled again in his laying in the big puddle on the counter. I don't know what the solution is there just telling you it's that way every time I come in there.“

“The Servers and Customer support is top notch. We really appreciate Valerie, Peter and Max, Managers who care beyond compare!! Such a menu with many options and healthy choices. There is a Sip club that beneficial to get a pick me up, the smoothies are a high light for us. We appreciate Rebekah, Maria, Precious and those who accept our orders and help with the ordering on the APP and have clear visible Name tags ! Incredible things and open doors at Panera. So grateful to God for their hours open and clean environment !! Can't be much!“

“Oh my! Panera Bread is always a great place to stop for a meal. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. Oh my, I have to mention the green tea, it was so refreshing and paired perfectly with my meal. It's one of my favorite drinks to get whenever I visit!

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and got my order out quickly. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to sit back and enjoy my food. Oh my, between the delicious food, refreshing green tea, and excellent service, this place is an easy 10/10. I can't wait to come back!
