“This is one of the best locations in Chicago. I frequently eat here and even travel a far distance just for their food. The staff is outstanding, always greeting customers with a smile and proving to be helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Their sandwiches are truly outstanding.
However, the bathroom hygiene needs to be maintained better because the faucet setup is completely unhygienic. There are only two inches of clearance between the faucet spout and the sink basin edge, which forces your hands to touch the dirty inside wall of the sink when trying to wash them. It is surprising that the manager has not noticed or been mindful of this issue. This is a great restaurant with a significant investment, yet there is a major blind spot here. I highly request the management to replace this faucet with a longer model that allows enough room for hands to move freely and stay clean.“
“1. Older location than the one housed near the Old Orchard Mall.
2. My go to for all things chicken CEASAR seasoned salad love me some chicken CEASAR salad.
3. Their creamy chicken wild rice soup is so delicious, yummy and flavorful. This is another one of my go twos when visiting Panera’s.
4. Their bathrooms were fairly clean which was a good thing considering how busy they were on the 4TH OF JULY weekend.
5. The cashier was very nice friendly and comical.
6. All in all my experience here with this location was very good!!!
