“Love this place. I've been here a few times. The hot chicken sandwich, nachos, and fries are always great. This most recent visit I tried a double smashburger with smash peppers, spicy chopped cheese, and onion rings. The burger was probably the best smashburger I ever had, the beef and bun tasted really fresh, burger patties were crispy and seasoned, and the sauce went really well with it. The chopped cheese was really good, and onion rings were crispy, hot, and seasoned. Highly recommend this place. Everything I've had there is good.“

The wings were crispy and juicy albeit a little on the sweeter side for a mango habanero. Over all loved the food and will be coming back for more!

“Farm house burger was really good. We also had a party melt. IF YOU DON'T LIKE GARDINERE have them take it off. The burger is hot with it. My sweet potato fries were ok but they didn't come out hot they were room temp as if they sat out while my food was making.“

The only opp which was small, is I am following keto, and asked the burger be served bunless, still wanted the lettuce, tomato, pickle onion typical toppings. The burger came plain, no toppings. “I grew up on Super dawg and had to visit on my Chicagoland visit. I was staying closer to the Wheeling location in the Northwest suburbs. They have a true Chicago dog, with neon green relish, sport peppers and poopy seed bun. It was a treat to also find a pickled green tomato.

On the downside, hot dogs seemed smaller and definitely less crinkle fries, in. A smaller box. Perhaps next time I will order just the hot dog and a side of fries as a better value and more fries. They have more food options available for those that aren't into hot dogs. A nostalgic place to visit.

“3 rd time ordering from here . Ordered via phone since we were driving . When we got there food should have been down from time quoted but we waited at least 15 more minutes . Arrived home with food and after ordering my burger rare with only bacon tomatoes and lettuce it had everything !! And you can’t get the taste of a pickle out of a bun … disgusting !!! To add to this disaster we called to complain and put on hold for OVER 10 min then hung up on !!! Way to go Lazy Dog such great service … NOT !!!“

“Good ol hot dog style food spot. Hot dog was great and curly fries were awesome. The house made Suicide sauce was soooo good. Didn't get wings but asked for the hot sauce on the side to try and the awesome woman behind the hooked it up! Will definitely go back and try the wings!

“I've driven past this place so many times and I finally decided to try it out. Only carry-out and delivery right now with the pandemic. I ordered 2 Big Island Classic burgers, 1 smokehouse burger, and another basic burger with one small cheese fry. It took 25-30min for preparation. This seems to be a 2 man operation (dad and maybe his daughter) and it was at prime lunchtime. I didn't realize the description online said the island and smokehouse burgers were on french bread so that was a surprise but not bad. Personally, we weren't the biggest fans of how the burgers were cooked, charred and well-done, but the toppings were great and my sister said the ketchup to mayo ratio on hers was perfect! The cheddar fries are Merkt's cheddar which I now know isn't my favorite but for those that like Merkt's, there is lots of it and covers all the fries. Thanks for lunch, Little Island :-)“

injury to insult the butter Is in tiny tiny little sealed plastic small square packs, open 3 or4 just to butter the one piece of toast, what a waste of landfill with plastic, but that isn't a consideration.
Suggedtion... butter the toast as the customer requests, get rid of the small butter packs and go to the paper foil wrapped butter for those who wish to butter there own toast.“
