“The food genuinely surprised me. It was flavorful and juicy. I had the cowboy with a side of fries. The fries have a perfectly crispy exterior and soft melt in your mouth interior. The seasoning blend used is excellent. I have to say they were the best fries I have had from a restaurant fast food or traditional. I chose this place to celebrate my wife graduating from Navy boot camp in Great lakes. For her first burger, fries, and shake in two months. Thank you for excellent food and atmosphere. The gentleman at the front was very polite and attentive. Also nice muscles bro! The prices are reasonable for what you are getting“

“I don't even know where to start. We went after graduation with our sailor. It wasn't crowded and everyone was so nice and so helpful. We ordered individual meals and an additional deep dish pizza (which was DELICIOUS) and it wasn't too expensive at all. Everyone enjoyed the variety of their individual meals and we definitely loved the pizza. The customer service had a great hometown feel and we felt right at home.“

After finishing my meal and leaving, I forgot to unplug my phone charger and left it there. When I realized it, six hours had already passed. Fortunately, the store manager noticed it and kept it safe for me until I came back to get it. I’m truly grateful!“

“Very good food, we opted to try this place instead of taking the kids to somewhere like mcdonalds and paying almost the same prices. Fries were delicious! The kids meals came with a slider cheeseburger, chicken bites, fries and juice so they got to try a little bit of everything. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend for a quick bite to eat.“

We celebrated my mom’s birthday at Field House in Deerfield and it was honestly such a special experience from start to finish.

The atmosphere is beautiful—warm, inviting, and perfect for both an intimate family dinner or a bigger celebration. From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel so welcomed and taken care of, which made the night even more meaningful.

The food completely exceeded expectations. Everything we ordered was incredible—from the homemade cheese curds (a must!) to the nachos, and my personal favorite, the lobster gnocchi. The menu truly has something for everyone, and every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor.

What really stood out was how accommodating and kind everyone was while we celebrated. They made my mom feel so special, and that’s something we’ll always remember.

“I've been here three times in the past year and have been wowed each time. The employees are always nice and accommodating. The food is perfect each time, the bathrooms and restaurant itself are very clean, and the space is welcoming! That's saying a lot from someone who worked in a lot of restaurants over the years and can easily spot issues. Bagels are chewy, thaw nicely after being in my freezer for a bit, and make excellent sandwiches. Thank you for the Windex and cleaning up my water bottle catastrophe ;)“

“My niece and nephew ordered a kids meal which was supposed to come with ice cream. When they went up to the counter, the employee mentioned that it needs to be purchased on the app. With them not having a clear understanding that the ice cream was included in their kids meal and was on the receipt, the manager got involved and said she will write it in the book so when they come in next, they will receive the free ice cream. Fast forward a couple weeks later, sure enough the manager did leave the name in the book and the kids were able to get the free ice cream. Shout out to the manager because anyone could have said sure we’ll write your name and not take it seriously. I don’t know your name but thank you for following through on your word. I’m not sure if there’s a way to recognize you, I hope this helps!“

“Wow!! Max's Deli is amazing! The egg salad, chicken salad, corned beef and Monte Cristo sandwiches are freshly prepared and flavorful! The onion buns/rolls are made fresh as well and are a wonderful surprise to any sandwich if you decide to order your sandwich on an onion roll instead of bread. 👍
The in house made bagels and schmear are fantastic! The smiley face cookies and tiramisu are homemade and absolutely wonderful! I can't wait to return again to Max's Deli to try many more items from their extensive menu! The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly!
