“I don't even know where to start. We went after graduation with our sailor. It wasn't crowded and everyone was so nice and so helpful. We ordered individual meals and an additional deep dish pizza (which was DELICIOUS) and it wasn't too expensive at all. Everyone enjoyed the variety of their individual meals and we definitely loved the pizza. The customer service had a great hometown feel and we felt right at home.“

“I ordered at the self-service kiosk, and my food was ready before I even picked a seat. The staff were very friendly. After finishing my meal and leaving, I forgot to unplug my phone charger and left it there. When I realized it, six hours had already passed. Fortunately, the store manager noticed it and kept it safe for me until I came back to get it. I’m truly grateful!“

“Walked in to pick up my order and was attended quite fast. My food wasn't ready but it didnt take long. The cashier was kind and welcoming. I ripped open my bag in the restaurant to check if they had put my Culver sauces in there because other locations dont put them in, but this location did and im very great full for that because I pay .50c each for those. It may not be a lot of money, but it's still a payment that im making for a product. I hope I didnt offend the workers. Would order from here again, i'd just rather use the drive-thru“

“Welcoming hostess and knowlegeable server. Attentive busperson. Delicious entrees, salads and dessert. Seated in quiet corner. Able to adjust reservation to arrive earlier after seeing the play at the theater. Service was gracious and not rushed. Beautiful presentation of entrees. Nice view of pool and banquet area.“

“I had a really great experience at IHOP, and I especially want to recognize our waiter Manuel Salazar because he honestly made the whole visit so much better. From the moment we were seated, he was extremely friendly, respectful, and welcoming. He checked on us regularly without being overbearing and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
What stood out the most was his attitude. He was patient, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were having a good experience. Even when the restaurant was busy, he stayed positive and attentive, which I really appreciated. He made sure our food came out correctly, kept our drinks taken care of, and checked in to make sure everything was good.
It’s easy to overlook good service, but having a waiter who is actually friendly and puts effort into taking care of his customers makes a huge difference. He made us feel comfortable and welcomed instead of like we were just another table. You could tell he takes his job seriously and takes pride in giving good service.
The food was good, but honestly, the service was the highlight of the visit. I would definitely come back to this IHOP again, especially knowing that the staff has people like him who care about their customers. He deserves recognition for the effort he puts into his work. Thank you for making our visit such a positive experience!“

“I've been here three times in the past year and have been wowed each time. The employees are always nice and accommodating. The food is perfect each time, the bathrooms and restaurant itself are very clean, and the space is welcoming! That's saying a lot from someone who worked in a lot of restaurants over the years and can easily spot issues. Bagels are chewy, thaw nicely after being in my freezer for a bit, and make excellent sandwiches. Thank you for the Windex and cleaning up my water bottle catastrophe ;)“

“We came in to celebrate a family members birthday and we had Mel as our server and she made our visit absolutely magical! We spilled a cup of coke and Mel appeared out of thin air and calmed us down and got it taken care of. She came by often to check on us and was absolutely easy to find! “Order# 36 I love this location! Its located in my neighborhood so its super convenient. Especially with the app now you can order online pickup and go. The staff is great there. My younger brother usto work there. Unfortunately now they are understaffed i think i saw a total of 3 employees just now 😳 sandy and the crew are really holding it down. Even so i still got my order in a timely manner and they even offered to bring it up to my car but i didnt want to bring them out into the cold. Out of all the burger kings in waukegan this and the greenbay location are the best. Thanks Sandy for yet another positive experience.“
