Had very bad experience of this subway locationI ordered online and instead of putting sauce in the sandwich I asked to give it on the side , but they changed extra for the sauce on the side . It wasn’t really extra sauce I asked bcoz I wanted eat the sandwich later not right away so it won’t be Saugus when I eatThe lady employee was really rude .
EXTREMELY rude service, brown lettuce and old meat. Totally incompetent staff that talks on the phone rather than pay attention to the customers. Gave up and went to another Subway down the road.

I usually like going to this subway but I went on a Thursday night 30 min before closing. They didn’t even offer the dinner feast they had advertised up front and I ended up paying full price. She was just too busy trying to close up shop and I wasn’t the last customer to order.
