Ordered online an hour ago and still have not received it. Was told by employee we are at the edge of delivery area and that it was in someone’s car with 5 orders before us. I get it. But an hour? We live 7 minutes away. Never again.
If I could give this location less than I one star I would.I want to start off by saying I LOVE Jimmy John’s, I order a few times weekly. As well as, for employee work events.Today I wanted to try and intended to 5 star chicken Cajun sandwich. Unfortunately I have an allergy sensitivity to jalapeños, So that was the only thing I removed. It came loaded with jalapeños, Which is an easy mistake. Slow, rude, and dirty. watched them tell people to cut their sandwiches in half because they were too busy. this is my third time they are and they are consistently the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve been you can feel the tension in the atmosphere from the customers getting such poor service. That will be my last time going to that sandwich shop. They really need to change management.
