“Over a month ago we went and the food and people were just so amazing ! I loved everything about this place I got a job here . It’s very family oriented,friendly regulars are amazing and might as well be family . Everyday starting the day after I got hired I walked in with my partner and the regs and workers all came up introduce themselves! I absolutely love this place ,my boss is amazing and kind and really funny and absolutely put love into it all . The other workers Kelci, Punkie Loni and Wayne (I might be missing some ) are all a great team . I don’t know how I deserve this job but I love it here 🖤 we work hard and have a great time ! Also food is amazing !!! I haven’t even had most the menu but the bufflow chicken sandwich is sooooo delicious , burgers , my fav French toast ! Give it a try you may just be a new regular!”

“We found this place during a drive trying to find a bridge across the river that doesn't exist. We quickly realized it's a really rad joint. Kristen is amazing! The food and drinks are great. We come all the way from St Charles just to hang out.”

“We had a wonderful experience here for lunch. It was absolutely beautiful on the back deck overlooking the river and bridge. We both ordered the big burgers on the menu and they were perfect! So much food! Got fries and fried mushrooms and it was great and a great price. Great service too!mThe area is absolutely charming, and the views of the bluffs were spectacular. “We stopped in today for the first time. It was after the dinner rush close to closing. The staff was very friendly. We had the pork chops family style and the catfish fritter dinner. Both were delicious and arrived in a reasonable time. The staff checked on us frequently and made sure we were taken care of. Great comfort food. It was exactly what we were expecting. I grew up going to the original location when I lived in jerseyville, and the new location does a good job of carrying the same vibes. The menu has lots of choices and the prices are very reasonable. Great job bringing it back, and I’ll definitely be back when I am back in the area. Almost forgot to mention the new location is great for river and bridge views. Lucky to have barges passing by and watching the bridge being raised and lowered.”
