50 Best Mexican Restaurants near Beach Park

“I've driven by this restaurant numerous times on my way to and from a storage unit. Today I finally got around to emptying the unit. I wanted to stop by.

The parking lot was completely empty which might not be a good sign, but I wanted to try this place and so happy I did.

They have so many hot sauces here we gave them all a try, my personal favorite el bufolo Mexican hot sauce. They did not have a menu on Google, so we ordered based off the pictures, and honestly everything had a lot of flavor. My brother absolutely loved the flan. This one was his favorite and he's had flan from a lot of restaurants.

Overall this place deserves a lot of traffic, because it has phenomenal food. I will definitely come back here.“

“Let me tell yall somethin, ive been EVERYWHERE to eat tacos. Little Village, Pilsen, City, suburbs etc. These are THE BEST tacos in the Chicagoland area. I dress mine with the typical cebolla/cilantro, but I add avocado with a red, pickled onion with habanero pepper they have in the beverage cooler. Hand made tortillas, excellent service and its a Dad, mom and daughter workin the place. You can tell they love what they do. You can tell this is comfort food done right. The tacos dorados were hands down the best I’ve ever had. I went with the papa ones, and they were perfectly crispy, flavorful, and not greasy at all. I also tried a birria taco, which was amazing and packed with rich flavor. Their salsas and chiles deserve a shoutout too. Bold, fresh, and on point. Nothing watered down. “Hidden gem! Cozy place with a great atmosphere. Friendly staff, a bar, and TVs for the soccer games. The agua de jamaica was delicious and well balanced, not too sweet and not too tart. The al pastor tacos were packed with meat that was juicy and flavorful on double tortillas, and they did not skimp on the taco portions. Everything tasted fresh and quick to the table.
