Excellent customer service!! I have received flowers from them several times in the past year and each bouquet has been outstanding!! My husband called around Christmas time and was requesting an arrangement.. Grimm & Gorly outside themselves, they knew the assignment!!!
WOW!!! I'm STUNNED by the delivery Grimm & Gorly put together for my friend. I selected the "seasonal best" which was really me putting my trust in them to make a great arrangement.
It's JAW DROPPING!!!
I included a note on why I was sending the flowers (witches night out related) and the decorative details and hat they included were perfection.
