Excellent customer service!! I have received flowers from them several times in the past year and each bouquet has been outstanding!! My husband called around Christmas time and was requesting an arrangement.. Grimm & Gorly outside themselves, they knew the assignment!!!
WOW!!! I'm STUNNED by the delivery Grimm & Gorly put together for my friend. I selected the "seasonal best" which was really me putting my trust in them to make a great arrangement.

I just signed a contract with a new Canadian client. To show her appreciation, she called Grimm & Gorly to send me flowers. They were....AMAZING. The delivery was beautiful. The arrangement was spectacular. It wasn't your typical floral arrangement. It was a work of art. Just having moved here a bit ago, I have found my new florist. ❤️💐
