I had a great drive thru experience today! 😍 Aaliyah rocks!
The Sparta, IL location is not a very enticing atmosphere to eat in. During my visit I, and everyone else in the dining room, had to endure a 20 minute argument between the shift leader and the kitchen help. There was an 8-plus minute wait at the drive through window she was SCREAMING at the kitchen help to get out. The reply from the kitchen was that they didn't give a f**k. They get very busy during the afternoon but the staff does their best. My cashier Nancy was super nice even though she was running around everywhere and doing so much since she was the only cashier. She was interrupted multiple times while she was trying to take my order by other customers asking for things and she was just as patient with them.
