“The people that have waited on us had way better attitude than the one closest to our houses. There was plenty of meat & the vegetables looked way better though it is hard to tell with vegetables until you cut into them. That was the problem at the one closest to us very little meat, no bread, or the vegetables were terrible.“

“This is hands down the greatest location. I recently devloped MCAS and a severe tomoatoe allergy. They were so wonderful asking about the allergy, and making sure our food had no contact with tomoatoes. We asked for no sauce on boss bowls because other food reactions and they remade them and told us because it was accidentally put on. The food is always 100x better than other locations too. By default we will always drive 30 minutes to this location because the staff is always very professional and kind. I have really serious reactions to foods and this was the first time I ate today because of a food reaction while trying to eat in the am. They have no idea how scared I was to order incase of cc , but it worked out wonderfully. Thank you guys!“

“2nd time I've been to this location. The food was great. Want to mention the service. The cook seemed happy to be there with a great attitude, Blessing every customers day. Love that. Another employee was ready and making sure his coworkers were ready before customers even walked in the door, announcing someone about to walk in at least 1 minute before they actually walked in. Not only was my food fresh and delicious but the employees make this location's atmosphere great too.“

“Not only is their food amazing and fast. The staff is amazing. We went today (me my husband and youngest son) after my son had a procedure to get tubes in. They where super genuine about how he was doing. The gentleman who works there (I didn’t catch his name) was such a sweetheart. He came up to talk to us and ask about my son. He also gave him a stuffie. Which made my son smile for the first time after his procedure. THANK YOU FOR THAT! The little gesture was greatly appreciated!“

“Andrea and Danny help me with really good service. Got my food out to me quick I was running late. I work at Komatsu right by the Hardee’s here in Peoria and she told me I would be fine on time. They would make sure I had my food on time and then told me about the 20% discount we get for working at Komatsu and eating there so she was very generous she didn’t have to tell me that very professional very happy great service.“

“Never had any issues going here. They are quick and accurate. One time we had three orders (one ticket) through drive through. They were all roast beef + fries. By the time we got to the window it was all ready. Insane speed with the right order. No loss on food quality for that specific order as well. Eating in the lobby also has a quick turnaround.

“Peoria Illinois. We arrived 5 minutes before closing. They had to special make my shrimp. I felt bad that they had to do that, but they were apologizing that I had to wait! We told them we had traveled 10 hours and they went out of their way to make sure our order was exactly what we wanted. They were working over to make our meal! I hope Long John's appreciates those hard workers! This positive attitude made our day!“

“This is by far the best gyro I ever had in my life and I’ve been overseas eating these across multiple states and countries.

Is you live in the area they do doordash and have a drive through but if you were just passing through town like I was then this is definitely the place I’d tell you is a must visit for this town. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind. All the veggies served were extremely fresh too. I got the BBQ Gyro and my Dad got the single Gyro. I’d show you photos brut we literally devoured them once the smell of the food hit our noses and the tray touched the table.“

“We frequent this restaurant. The food is always very good. The service is always very good. The staff seem to be very loud and conduct themselves in an unprofessional manner. Most of the time we go there we dine in. We can barely hear our conversation at our table because the staff is carrying on in a loud party like manner.“

“This is one of the cleanest restaurants I've come across since relocating to East Peoria a few months ago. Service has been fast and friendly, and food is well-prepared.

If I had to say one negative, it's the layout of the parking lot - tough to exit when someone is at the drive-through speaker, but it's easy enough to park in the adjacent lot and walk the extra 20 steps. I'll gladly walk a little farther for a clean and well-run restaurant.“

“I go to this Potbelly's a couple times a month. Usually take my wife and grandkids. We all love the food. You walk through to order and pick out what toppings you want on top. Try the Wreck and Italian sandwiches. My 11 year granddaughter loves the regular Italian with all the regular toppings, but no hot peppers. The big pickle is good. Give it a try.“
