“The people that have waited on us had way better attitude than the one closest to our houses. There was plenty of meat & the vegetables looked way better though it is hard to tell with vegetables until you cut into them. That was the problem at the one closest to us very little meat, no bread, or the vegetables were terrible.“

Living in davenport is a ways away, but we lost my truck keys and my wife called to check and see if they got left by accident... “Higher quality fast food than the usual suspects. Clean. Condiments and drinks/covers weren't sticky. Very well organized. A drink had spilled into the condiments bin, but considering that it was just after dinner rush, that is understandable. I was disappointed to find that my double butter burgers had transformed into a double butter burger with cheese. Or more likely cheese-based foodstuffs. Dreadful.The staff were very courteous and friendly.Restroom was clean. This Culver's has done away with paper towels except for one motion-activated towel dispenser by the faucets. No paper towel debris all over the sink and the floor. And the restroom door has one of those step-and-pull-with-the-sole-of-your-shoe things affixed to its base. Much less likely to contaminate your just-washed hands in order to open the door.In general I like Culver's and this was one of the nicest I visited in years.The atmosphere? It's screaming, racing around, hyperactive kids purportedly being supervised by adults. But seriously? Ancient grandmas and teenagers who could care less about their charges' behavior. I don't really blame them. But it's why I get my orders to go.Verdict? I still love me some Culver's.“

“I been eating here for years like when they use to be in Pekin to now east Peoria!I can say I definitely miss the guy who worked there 5 years ago ? it was quite sad to see him leave. He's pretty decent he's nice and makes sure we always have everything. But the down fall is we barely get any food. The Italian beef has no meat and sadly they forget my au jus. And the gyros are always on point but again lack of sauce and meat! I can fold it into a burrito it's so small. And we spend so much money here! I'm talking like 50-70$ every single time we go. “Taco johns has become my default Mexican restaurant. They've got some pretty great deals, and their burritos are sublime. Every item I've tried has been fantastic. I've tried most of the menu at this point, I would say the burritos are the main things driving me back in. But the tacos are alright, if a little boring.Taco John, if you had something like the taco bell Doritos tacos you would probably get me in even more. More flavor options for the tacos would be great.Everything about Taco Johns is starchy, but that just makes it much better after a night of drinking with friends.Be the envy of your friends and order for an NFL game, or DnD night, doesn't matter. “Had grilled catfish and shrimp jook box. Owner may balk at grilling the catfish cuz it can fall apart on the grill, but insist on it. It was out of this world. Seasoning was Cajun style but not blackened, just great bit of heat. Shrimp cooked just right, rice excellent too. Really enjoyed it.Hard to find though, winter entrance is back corner of building facing both Walmart and Landmark, 4 glass doors labelled "Premier Event Center."“

“Being raised in Mesa AZ, this place is so literally refreshing. The steak and chicken tacos will literally cleanse your pallet with just onion, cilantro, and a bit of cheese. Very important that the meat is fine and crispy and both the chicken and the steak is every time. Get the kids a cheese quesadilla which is very thick and filling and there’s no reason to go anywhere else nearby. Lots of various candies for the kids too.“

“This is a great little hometown bar. Pool, darts, machines, tv's. We always have a great time here. We come in for the beer, but stay for the atmosphere. The bartenders are always quite nice and cheery. There is outside smoking. I love getting to beat my friends on the pool table.“

“5 stars cause you're one of the few restaurants left. It's good food and i live LJS. They're short staffed I'm assuming because you'll be waiting about 15-20 minutes in the drive thru. But it's worth the wait. Although last time they snuck a piece of fish into my husband's chicken meal and he was definitely not happy. I mean, it's not that hard to tell their chicken from the fish. You can tell by looking at it but the fish smell snacks you in the face first so it's obvious. Still gonna keep going cause it's the only one around. They've only messed up once so that's not an issue for me. As busy as they always are, I'm impressed that it's only been messed up once. Good job LJS! I'll be back soon.“

“We had burgers, fries and milkshakes. The meals were pretty pricey for a fast food place, but that seems to be more of the norm. The food was decent. The burgers were pretty greasy and kind of just slapped together. There was nothing that made it different than any other chain burger in my opinion. The service was good. If it gets busy, the seating becomes pretty crowded.“

“I was very pleasantly surprised that they are once again serving their homemade root beer in super frosty mugs along with inside dinning. I ordered a super duper frosted root beer float with a two piece fish dinner. Way more than I should have ordered to tell the truth. The float was very impressive, but most impressive was the young lady behind the counter. She had a super personalble personality and that's putting it mildly. She was a go getter and knew her stuff and it was evidently. Never had such a fantastic float and dinning experience in a fast food restaurant. “Great selection of fresh cooked food. In the deli section you can find good food for lunch or dinner. Fried fish and chicken. Chicken gizzards are good. Nice selection of sides including mac n cheeses, greens, and French fries among other things. Great selection and the prices weren't that bad. I would take this over McDonald's any day. “There's nothing really unique about this location. Like every Taco Bell it's Mexican fast food, more fast food than Mexican. It's a comfortable place to eat so you know what you're getting no matter where it's located.“

“I LOVE the Taco Bell on Partridge way. It always appears clean, the employees are nice, and they actually give you a LOT of meat, unlike the Taco Bells on Knoxville and Sterling. I drive ALL THE WAY across town( Past the Taco Bell on Knoxville and Sterling to get to the Taco Bell on Partridge Way, and the food is worth the drive!)“

“This is my favorite place to eat when I visit Peoria. There was one time when my Hot Dog was cold, but that was years ago. I can honestly say I haven't a bad experience since then. I want to try something new whenever I go, but I always end up getting a Burger or Chicago Dogs. Burgers are charred and very tasty. Chicago Dogs are outstanding! Found the cake to be over -rated but that could have been a bad day. We all have them. Nevertheless I highly recommend Portillo's. Looking forward to my next visit. God Bless!“

“i didn’t catch his name but the fella working the drive through window 2/28 around 830 pm is so great. i was feeling down and not having great day, i just ordered a cheeseburger and told him i was “ballin on a budget” Even tho we had such a short conversation he was so warm and welcoming. it was like a breath of fresh air talking to him. whatever you are paying him you should double. it’s hard to find great people and he’s one of them. you’re very lucky to have him on your team“

“Friendly and freaky fast! ----- ----- July, 2022 Visit Our daughter discovered the band Greta Van Fleet early summer, 2022, and quickly found that they would be playing in Peoria, IL, and she recommended a road trip. We had a great time, thanks in part to Jimmy John's. Hunger arrived and we looked right and saw the sign, turned, parked and went in and ordered. The server (great apologies I forget your name... sorry) was friendly and helpful with our order. 10 minutes later we were fed and smiling and on our way. Thank you, Jimmy John's! ----- ----- -----“

Everyone makes sure they wave and give me the biggest smiles every single time I visit this location! They have a great variety and equally great prices esp. their lunch and dinner specials. Some favorites are the Hunan Chicken, General Tsao, and the egg rolls! They have an online ordering ap that works great! Not much room to eat in so I use for take out which is perfect for now.“
