Good food, everytime I come for dine in my food is hot fresh and prepared pretty quickly. I miss the days when there was servers but understand it’s a dying industry especially for “fast food” type of restaurants.Delivery is decent but fries will be dead by time they leave the restaurant they have the eat them as soon as you get them type lol. Usually do pretty good on getting orders right & fast and fresh!!!! NEVER liked their fry's so that should cut the price down but it doesn't. Also ask for extra napkins otherwise ya might not get any.

I love this steak n shake mainly because of the owner. He is friendly and personable. The food is always right and the staff is well trained and attentive. I worked for steak n shake from 97 to 03 and would probably still be there if he was my boss then. Great place to eat and work! All smiles this way☺️❤️
