The Ropa Vieja was phenomenal, lovingly stewed and seasoned beef and fresh rice and veggies gosh DARN and to say nothing of the homemade hot sauce? Delightfully smoky vinegary kick that brought it all together. Great guac, great drinks, great dinner. The highest of recommendations! Thanks for a great meal Zully and kitchen :)“

“I have tried most of the Cuban restaurants in and around Chicago and this is the best for authentic Cuban food and consistency. I find the BYOB a real plus. The only problem is the hours are short if you want to go out for dinner. Almost impossible if you are a working person to get to the restaurant before closing. Even weekends are a problem. The quality of the food makes it my favorite place to go to eat the best Cuban food.“

“We were here a couple of years ago and planning on going hopefully this weekend (I'm from Chicago but live overseas for work). The food was amazing and the atmosphere, music, dancing was a lot of fun and not where you felt you were being picked up or come on to all the time...it was a nice place. Can't wait to go again.“

“There is not a single time I have gone there without leftovers I take home and eat for breakfast the day after, the sandwiches are so delicious and filling, and their flan is always the cherry on top to an amazing meal. Their menu is great for different people because they have some foods for picky eaters, and some for the more exploratory ones, plus there’s often live musicians there!“
