Chipotle is always the right move, it's fast food yes, but only because they make it quickly. All the food is freshly made and you can customize whatever you want when you get a burrito or bowl.
No wonder this place has 3 stars. We got there 20 mins before they close. As soon as we got there one team member gave us annoyed vibes and started make noise with silver containers while restocking. My fiance asked her if she includes tortilla she was so annoyed.
Came to this Chipotle after a frustrating experience at the 394 W Army Trail Rd location last week, and the difference was night and day.
The staff here were genuinely friendly, patient, and professional. Portion sizes were solid and consistent - rice, protein, and toppings were all served properly, exactly what you'd expect when you pay full price.
It really shows how much proper management and staff attitude matter.
