I ordered ahead of time. I walked in 2 minutes after the promised time(I ordered the sandwich 30 minutes before I got there) and it wasn’t even started. Not a single other person in the store. Extremely disappointing coming here to eat after a long day of work. I see other customers have issues with ordering ahead. The food is good but timing ruined a lot of it.
Employee just screamed out she saw a rat near the refreshments area. Please address. Thank you.
