Very slow drive-thru service. A 5 minute mobile order took over 30 minutes to be ready at the drive thru window. Hot drink became cold.

The Starbucks Coffee Company location receives consistently friendly service from the baristas, who are super quick and friendly with fixing any mistakes. The staff is nice, sweet, welcoming, and warming, working incredibly hard to provide exceptional service despite the store's challenges. Some baristas seem new, while others are described as the glue and warmth. An older woman with short blonde hair, whether in the Drive-thru or at the counter, always has a smile on her face and is a complete joy. The coffee was great as always, and the Mocha Cookie Crumble is a favorite recommendation. However, the store needs an update with more comfy seating, as the current chairs are not comfortable at all. This location seemed more of a drive through and takeout kind of place, and during a busy time, the staff did not take a name so drinks sat on the counter longer. Overall, the staff is resilient, and everyone is trying their very best.
