“Just went there with my husband for the first time. Service was excellent and the food was exceptionally good. We shared a pizza and I had a simple salad. Pizza was flavorful and just right for the two of us. Salad was greens, tomatoes and kalamata olives in a divine dressing. Yum! Highly recommend and can’t wait to return. Is tomorrow too soon? lol“

“Today was my first time eating at Lucca Grill. We went during lunch and I ordered their grilled chicken sandwich dipped in parmesan sauce and homemade chips. It was delicious! Our waitress was fantastic! She greeted us as we walked in and gave us great service! We are definitely going back and will have to try the pizza.“

“If you miss the thick crust pizza of yesteryear just go to Papa Murphy's and order the stuff crust pizza. Their store on Oakland Ave in Bloomington illinois outdid theirselves. Perfect amount of sauce and toppings. I did order extra mushrooms and got them. Thank you team Papa Murphy's on Oakland!!

“I'll start with what was great. First, the Service, i waited a while for my food to be done only to realize when i ordered from the app, i ordered from the wrong Ceasars!!! So i called the correct Ceasars and they said to all the local management. I did and they were willing to fulfill my order, even though they didn't need to. That was really great of them.Then they took care to remind each other i was there. Awesome service!!!There wasn't anything bad with the food but it is little Cesar's and we eat there because it's affordable. And for what we pay, it's good!!The atmosphere was rated lower also because it's not a place built to wait. So there's not a lot of chairs and standing can get crowded on a Friday lunch.I'll def come back and buy more.“

“One of the first customers through the door on Saturday of ISU graduation weekend. Not terribly busy, yet, buy our server was spectacular. We never had an empty glass, our food was out faster than I can ever recall at this location, and she had a smile the entire visit.“

“Fastest pizza delivery I have had, my pizzas get there in less than 25 minutes. The staff are helpful and courteous, the food is always hot and fresh. Great pizza place! Well worth the extra couple bux to get this over little caesars. YUM!

Parking: large lot with plenty of spots

Kid-friendliness: such a cool place to let the kids watch them make our pizza, there is a little staircase so they can stand and see their food getting made, our kids love it! There is a small dining room to eat inside afterwards if you want to.“

“Door Dash driver screwed up a $30 delivery [ like 3-1/2 hours late ] to the point that we had to do a pickup at 8:45PM on a 7PM delivery. Little Caesar gave full credit and a free replacement - and prepared it in 15 minutes. Now that is what I call GOOD customer service !“

I wanted to take a trip down memory lane and the Pizza Hut expeience from my youth. I was greatly disappointed. I ordered from a take-away, delivery location. I ordered online from a few blocks away so that I could pick up my pizza hot. The cook took it out of the oven and tossed it on a counter. My asumption is the front counter person is supposed to handle it from there. My pizza sat for a few minutes because the front counter person was taking calls and handling walk-ins. Finally, the cook came back and boxed my pizza and handed it to me. That should have been done immediately.

The pizza was nothing like Pizza Hut pizza of the past. My pizza was dry, over-cooked and tasteless. A walk down memory lane turned into a nightmare! GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!“

“Giordano‘s in Bloomington, Illinois, does not have wait staff in the dining room. They have to take the chairs down from the tables to accommodate a party of five. The drinks are limited to bottles in a cooler. This is a terrible atmosphere and does not reflect well on, a normal Giordano‘s experience. Growing up in Chicago, this leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Thankfully, the pizza is usually fantastic.“
