I rarely have bad instances here but this is now three times in a row. Poor customer service and zero accountability! They messed up my order by putting onions on my sandwich because the staff was carelessly multitasking. When I contacted them, the owner literally accused me of lying instead of apologizing. He argued back and forth with me before rudely demanding I bring the sandwich back for a replacement. I will never spend another dime here. Eat somewhere else, or watch them...read full review
Food is okay, rude staff. Take forever to prepare the meal.
Walked in and was greeted with a smile as usual. The lady who made my sandwich was very friendly and had no issue with piling on veggies when I asked for extra. The person at the cash register was also very friendly. I will definitely keep going back to this location.

Additionally, the menu can be confusing, and prices may seem high, especially for smaller portions. However, the restaurant does have dedicated staff who will go above and beyond to rectify issues.
