“Delish coffee, superfriendly staff 💜☕️
I ordered a capp with an extra shot of espresso, oat milk, and their seasonal apple spice syrup. Perfectly balanced (I even forgot to ask for it half-sweet, like I usually do, but my coffee still tasted like coffee, not like straight sugar 🙌🏼 - much appreciated!!)
Coffee was quick to come up, and there’s plenty of street parking in this sparse industrial neighborhood.

“We stopped here after the Marathon, tired and looking for something good and quick for dinner. Great selection of hot and cold sandwiches, quality food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere and a reasonable price. Just what we were looking for. We’ll have to look them up again for any future trip to Chicago.“

“This is my first time here, and I have to say I absolutely love the atmosphere! It is so pretty inside and it's so clean. The staff was super nice.
The only negative thing that I could say was that it did take a long time to get the food even though we were the only ones in there and for what we bought it was really expensive. I thought we were going to get these like full sandwiches and they were these little tiny bitty appetizers.
We also ordered drinks the refreshers and they were so good. I highly suggest to get them with water not with lemonade because they are very sweet. But my first time there and I definitely will be going back. Also you can sign up for points and earn free food.

“just found the place last week. The nicest dang people work there. young lady made me that pistachio and Chai latte to perfection. the slider and burrito were excellent. Positive vibe and energy as soon as you hit the door. nice set up and the upstairs is really inviting. Very happy to had the privilege of finding a great place like this. “Wonderful space for black people looking to share their art or make friends. I was immediately welcomed and made to feel comfortable. They do require food purchase but it’s worth it, the quesadillas came with this unique mango salsa I loved.“

“I had brunch here today with a friend, first time here. I had the corned beef benedict and not only was it the best corned beef I've ever had in my life, but the orange juice was amazing, the service was great, and the value was fabulous also! “I placed an order to go. Was informed that there was a $3.00 to go charge and a gratuity would be added on the order cause it was over $100.00. After I checked the receipt, $18.35 was the gratuity. I thought it would be maybe $5.00. Very disappointed. Had I known this, I would have come into the restaurant and ate there had them provide me with service. I am a senior and that was definetly not right. I've already instructed my family not to get me gift card from Maple and Jam.“

“Absolutely the best food and customer service on the south suburbs. I had a party of 11. We sat down at a table immediately, the waitress took our drink order and then food order. Everything came out the kitchen fresh and hot. The food smelled delicious and looked delicious. me and my friends did the happy 😊 dance all afternoon. 5 out of 5 🌟“

“I thought this was a very unique and fun place where you can have a great time playing the Gambling Slots/games, and I really enjoyed the Bagel Dog I ate here too ? yummy! I am definitely going to give Gail ~Gale( I HOPE I GOT YOUR NAME SPELT RIGHT, THIS IS JOY I HOPE YOU REMEMBER ME NOW THAT I SAID MY NAME ♡!) she is the employee who was working on the night of my first time in this nice place. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU COME HERE AND CHECK IT OUT AND LET YOUR FRIENDS KNOW ABOUT IT AND YOUR FAMILY TO. “The staff is wonderful, they are so helpful especially the girl working days on the weekends. So is so nice and goes out of her way to make the time you spend there wonderful. There machines pay out pretty good too. Definitely worth a weekend starter place.“

“A great place to go if you dont have a time limit and just want to sit, converse, and enjoy somr absolutely scrumptious food. Staff is a little slow but not to a bad level, and the speed i got the food itself plus how delicious it was clearly made up for it. Definitely worth it to go and eat!
P.s. I recommend getting the Ozark (hash browns extra crispy!)“
“The people here are very hospitable and they offer a wide variety of complimentary of snacks and drinks and even offer alcoholic beverages for a small fee and it’s very relaxing if I could give this place more stars I would also they have rewards system that are superb“

“Ladies are nice/attentive. I have watched customers be rude to the staff before and not cool. One customer complained about the seat/machine being damp after being sanitized so lighten up and be be nice to the attendants they are just doing their job!“

“Maisha Oliver at Kabob-It station inside of the U of C Hutchinson Cafe has by far the best pineapple chicken kabob & salmon kabob ever. The meal was so flavorful and delicious. The mango habanero sauce was absolutely divine. You can tell the food is made with love. I also had some salad w/ lemon zest dressing that was pretty good as well. Try it for yourself you won’t be disappointed. My lunch was phenomenal today and I will be back.“

“I come here all the time now to do work. There's a solid menu, a super good matcha chia pudding, a ton of very aesthetically pleasing space for working, free wifi, and lots of outlets. I regularly see people I know, too! I recommend if you are meeting with friends or working on your own. There's plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating.“

“Love the place...the atmosphere is nice and calm the music is great, the staff is very welcoming and the drinks are good .well, the beer and wine...They have games such as bingo and other bonuses ..the slots machine works and some establishments you can play lotto... whenever you get great service don't forget to tip the host..thy work hard and enjoy your company as well ours....“
