“My grandson ordered a small sundae and I ordered the same thing only a medium. They both were the same size only the medium was more expensive. When questioned about it they said that's the way it is. Very weird. The ice-cream was good tho.“

“This is THE best DQ in the Kankakee area in my opinion. The one on Wall St is a nightmare everytime. So I go to this one on maple st now. Have have perfect service every single time I’m glad we still got one great DQ left. Thank you to all whom work here you guys are awesome.“

“They let me change my order at the window from ice cream sandwich to fully bar. Due to my roommate getting sick and flushing teeth in toilet in accident. Realized he would not be able to chew his favorite treat. They were very sweet about the whole thing. That's good service!“

“After a 14 hour day I’m looking to grab a quick bite and hit the sheets before I get up and do it again. Head to Culver’s and the drive thru is wrapped around the parking lot. Reluctantly, I decide to stay. After waiting about 2 minutes, a young man walks up and I roll down my window. He explains he would like to take my order to speed the process. This guy has the BEST attitude and demeanor,takes my order and in about 6-7 minutes I’m on my way. Culver’s knocked others out of the park with this service and their people are SO well trained and customer focused. Great job!“

“Let me tell you about THIS parlor! Not only is the team the friendliest groups of smiles put together but they make that little space feel like i just pulled up to the club to meet up with my besties!! Talk about NEIGHBORHOOD! S/O to the manager. They make my ice cream THICK & FULL! & the suggestions were top tier. I cant wait to see the next new flavors!! See yall soon Team DQ!
