“Received the best service! It was my brother, my child and myself. They made sure our food was on point, never let our drinks run dry, and we're welcoming from start to finish. Even the manager came out and made sure we were having a good experience. Will definitely be returning!“

“Good service, with a great selection of food to choose from, especially the breakfast pancakes and waffles. The restaurant also provides great window seats to the Main Street area and a view of the railroad track nearby. Always a top restaurant to go to when visiting the town!“

“stopped by for lunch, we got the crispy brussel sprouts, herb foccacia chicken sandwich, tomato vodka chicken rigatoni and french onion soup to eat; a stormy night, and a permenent vacation to drink. everything blew us away. would rate 6/5 if i could. wish Brickstone Brewery was closer to where we live, itd be a regular stop. very reasonably priced and we both left with leftovers.“

“Sammy’s in Kankakee beats any other Sammy’s location. Hands down. It’s really rare for anything weird to happen to your order and the food is always fresh from this location. Delivery sometimes takes a long time but even then everything comes prepared perfectly. I would definitely give this place a try.“

“Small mom and pop owned and the owners are great. They remember our drink preferences. We prefer this place over some big fancy restaurant because to us it’s about the food. The chips and salsa are the BEST in Kankakee county! The food always has tons of flavor and extremely reasonable prices. We hope that never changes.“

“my total was $21.68, and i put three quarters in my pocket but accidentally handed her only two when i went to pay. she asked if i had the rest of the change, but if not that’s ok. I realized I had short changed her and gave her the quarter 😅but I thought it was very very nice of her to let it a couple of cents slide. great food!!“
