“Mr. Benny's delivers great food and drinks, excellent service, nice atmosphere. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there. Wife had lamb chops - generous portion of top grade meat perfectly prepared. I had Chilean Sea Bass which was excellent. As mentioned above, their drinks are excellent - good pours - nicely presented and crafted. For our meal which included an appetizer (stuffed mushrooms), the lamb chops, sea bass, five cocktails between us, and a complimentary desert our bill including tax, before tip, was $185. Considering the quality of everything this is a very reasonable price for the Chicagoland area.“

“A little expensive, but the pizza they serve is shockingly good for a chain restaurant. I was driving through the area and decided to stop here for dinner due to a serious traffic problem on I-80. “You have to fill your order out on a small paper bag when you walk in. I didn't realize that until it was my turn at the counter and had to go back and fill out a bag (I definitely wasn't the only one who did this). This was something that I guess tries to set them apart but is just more of a hassle.

The sandwich was great! I would reccomend getting th large size if you are looking for a comparable size sandwich to competitors, like JJ's and JM's. I would definitely go back.“

“My sisters and I stopped in yesterday afternoon. Been coming here for quite some time. We were there in July and enjoyed a delicious Italian beef combo. It was served on great Italian bread and the au jus was plentiful and tasty. Second best beef I’ve ever had. Sad to say our stop yesterday was not so good. They changed the sandwich, now served on toasted hoagie bun with a little cup of au jus. Very dry. My sister had a meatball sandwich, also dry. We won’t be looking forward to stopping by anytime soon. Go back to the old recipes, please.“
