“So I visited this place at least three times with a carry out order and customer service was awesome first time. Second I decided to go due to the good food and definitely the customer service, again awesome. Third, I enjoyed my food as always with recommendations from the young lady ( forgot her name). All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! They were very nice to help me and for that I’m grateful. They went above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of. So I brought my daughter there and she agree with the great customer service. Thank you guy so much. We will see you guys soon.“

“Excellent in all areas! The risotto special was perfect and filling. The butternut squash ravioli in cream sauce was so tasty. Our waitress , Alex explained all the dishes expertly. “Yesterday was my first time visiting this location, and overall I had a really good experience 😊 The food was super delicious and full of flavor, and the portions were very generous - definitely more than enough to feel satisfied 🍽️👌 I’ll absolutely be coming back again!

One small thing that could be improved is clearer signage. There wasn’t anything indicating that you can seat yourself, so I assumed I needed to order at the counter and wait for a number 🤔 Turns out I was completely wrong, and for a moment I thought I was about to get scolded 😅 The lady at the counter helped fix my order and guided me, and then I was able to sit down.

“This is one of my favorite vegan Mexican restaurants. Chef Patricia is so sweet. I almost always get the Carne Asada burrito but I’ve loved everything I have tried. The nachos & tacso are so good too. The peanut butter cookies are probably the best I’ve ever had. I love the chocolate mini Bundt cake.“

“In 2017, I picked up my older brother at Midway to come home to the funeral of our youngest brother that committed suicide at 23 yers old. We swung over to Vito and Nick's to get a pizza and talk. It was our first time there. We ended up telling the waitress the situation because we had both been crying. Next thing we know, the kitchen had par-baked like 8 large pizzas of all types, and gave us a hand-written note giving us condolences and instructions on how to finish baking the pizzas. They said they wanted to make sure my family was well-fed in our time of tragedy ❤ And the pizza is INCREDIBLE ❤ SPECIAL, SPECIAL PLACE“

El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. From the employee who took my order (who was highly informative and friendly) to my pickup, I was very impressed! The owner told me about their charcuterie boards and was very passionate. She went out of her way to get my son, who was anxious to leave, gelato—very thoughtful and tasty too! My salad was delicious, and the pizza was amazing. “This restaurant is such a hidden gem! They offer a delicious mix of Mexican, Guatemalan, and Salvadoran food, and everything we tried was fresh and full of flavor. The pupusas and tacos and steak burrito were absolutely amazing authentic, flavorful, and cooked perfectly.

The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The customer service was just as impressive as the food.

We also ordered fresh juices, and they were so refreshing! The passion fruit juice was sweet and delicious, and the cucumber-pineapple juice was light, crisp, and perfect with our meal.

If you’re looking for authentic Central American and Mexican cuisine with excellent service, I highly recommend stopping by. We’ll definitely be back!“

The service was friendly, and you can tell this restaurant means a lot to the people who run it. Unfortunately, the food did not match the experience. Parts of the meal were overcooked and burnt (steak and pork chops), while other items (like the pancakes) were a tad undercooked. It seemed more like an issue with kitchen execution than the quality of ingredients.

“I placed an order to go. Was informed that there was a $3.00 to go charge and a gratuity would be added on the order cause it was over $100.00. After I checked the receipt, $18.35 was the gratuity. “We held a celebration of life for my brother here today. About 50 in attendance in the stylish, comfortable upstairs area. Despite the fact that I planned this from 400 miles away and without having ever seen the venue, it went off without a hitch due to Mr. David Candiotti and his staff. No surprises.
