“The food was great. Love the onion rings. The host on the other hand, told my sister that we had to move to a different seating because the seat we was sitting at originally is for more than two people. So we moved to a different seat. Two caucasian lady come in and sit at the same table we moved from and nothing at all was said to them. We later was told that we can seat ourselves, which makes this situation even more confusing. Why did the male host ask us to switch our seat???? Food: 5/5 | Service: 2/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5“

“I have been coming to Jalisco express for a while and always have a great experience. I can’t speak for dining because I usually just pick up but the food is great and the staff is always very nice. Excellent menu variety and have never had a bad burrito. Trying the burrito Al la Mexicana today and I am sure I will be more than satisfied.“

“Everything there runs better when MARY is working. She is friendly, efficient and seems to be able to multitask better than most employees at the Oak Lawn location. She’s the best !“

“I traveled to the restaurant to have lunch and got the opportunity to meet my server, Tiffany. She was wonderful at her job, her suggestion for a meal helped me to make a decision as I was looking over the menu. I thanked her and appreciate everything she did to make this lunch worth the drive there. Keep up the great work!
I appreciate you Tiffany!“

“Worst customer service ever. A language barrier made them get my phone order wrong and they refused to fix it. I have had more than one issue on there part wrong and they never correct it. Never going back.“
