But this was hands down the best deep dish pizza I’ve had from there in a very long time.. we actually stopped ordering a while back because it just wasn’t good... This pizza was Amazing!!! “What an amazing place to stop and enjoy a nice meal... the feeling of a real gem restaurant...so much history in it... this is a family owned place... I was greeted from the beginning bygone of the owners...to then have another one take the order, he was super generous to the point he gave us some Keychains souvenirs!¡ it really makes me happy eating and supporting small business like this, where im treated like a friend rather than a customer, the smiles and kind gestures makes me always go back and I will!!!

“The food is fine but I ordered a hot turkey sandwich delivery and it was supposed to come with cranberry sauce and soup. Got neither. Just writing to say that you should put the same consideration and thought to takeout/delivery orders as you do with people sitting down in your restaurant. I highly doubt you would forget all their sides lol.”

“This location is trying very hard not to be as bad as the reviews say. They are getting there, slowly but surely.
I am a regular customer and have been for the past 7 years. I am probably one of their most difficult customers because I won't accept garbage quality food, and I definitely won't eat it or give it to my family. We have had some ups and downs, but this location has always taken care of my concerns, and you better believe it, I will always address them. :) I don't believe in having to request that my food is made fresh, as it should always be, and not just for me, but for all McDonald's customers...especially at these prices. However, I make sure to say this when placing my order, and I don't mind the wait to get freshly made food. There have been a few issues with orders where an item will be shorted from the order, or will look like it was prepared the day before, but Maraiya (I am sure I misspelled that), has been amazing in rectifying any such issues. Overall, I have had a positive experience, although I had to work for it to get there...in one way or another.”

“For anyone who may have been misinformed. Whistle Stop Cafe in DIAMOND, IL is not closed. It is still thriving and still has great food at even better prices. Yes, there is another restaurant in Canada that closed. Same name, different owners (different family entirely).”

“From the owners to the staff we have a great group of people who take care of the customers. From a bowl of oatmeal to a steak all the food is great. Deserts are good too. Best part I like is you get soup with your meal. A lot of restuarants don't give you the soup. Thank you Chic A Dee for all the good meals my family and friends have had.”

“Went here for lunch because I was in the area and was told that it was a good burger spot. I ordered the regular cheeseburger with a side of onion rings and a Dr. Pepper. I was very impressed with the burger, as it had a large patty with a lot of flavor and two different types of cheese. The bun was also very soft and toasted on one side. I was also quite impressed with the well fried onion rings. The atmosphere in this establishment was quite nice, however it was a bit quiet for my taste. The only criticism I had was that the sodas were sold per can and there was no fountain options. It is also worth mentioning that they only accept cash which was a slight disappointment. Overall worth visiting”
