“I love this place!!!I grew up near here. But had traveled to Breese from Edwardsville to pick up some glasses from Clarkson. Placed my order, and apparently you pay when picking up. Found out at the window that they only take cash. They did tell me an ATM was across the street. I never use an ATM and don’t have a pin number So, I counted up all the change in my car and I had six dollars and some change I asked, how much would it be to take off one of the hamburgers and a fry so they said just a minute and came back to The window and saidhow much do you have? It was 12 something and I had six dollars and some change. They said that’s fine. Just go ahead. Very nice people !!! So, next time I come to breese, I will be giving them back their six dollars I owe, and eating here again because the hamburgers are fabulous. Also love the outdoor seating and atmosphe. Takes me back to a simpler time. Thank you you, Wally’s! See ya next time. You must try this place!!“

“I was greeted and everyone I spoke with was extremely nice. The worker at the register, Peter, made suggestions when I couldn't decide what to order - which I greatly appreciated! The food was hot and delicious. Quick service. Affordable price. Nice, clean atmosphere. I was thanked and wished a good day upon getting up to leave. A wonderful experience.“

“We appreciate this restaurant..the staff seem to be able to answer any questions and sometimes I test workers because of my background I like to know the place I'm eating is educated on food safety..they all have smiles..food is always fresh cant go wrong
Vegetarian options: Just choose all veggies I'm not even vegetarian and still do it sometimes“

“Customer service was outstanding professional and nice. Frys was cold and my two double cheese burgers were just as cold And I mean not over warm. But service and niceness 10 out of 10 compared to most other McDonald's were you stand there waiting to even get help from any employee and when you finally get someone's attention they tell you to use the self-service.Thank this crew for the service they give.“

“I generally try not to give negative reviews on local businesses but today's service was unacceptable. I went through the drive thru and ordered the prime rib sandwich which is described as cooked in Worcestershire sauce and having horseradish sauce on it. At the speaker, I am asked if I want the "prime rib" sauce on it. I tell them yes. I waited close to 10 min at the window on my food after paying. I had a 15 min drive back to where I was going to be eating. I get there and open up my sandwich and the meat looks dry and the horseradish sauce is missing, so I call and let them know I was bringing it back and that I had a 15 minute drive. They apologize and say they will have it ready when I get there. When I get back, they seem confused as to what I was telling them was wrong with my order and have me pull forward yet again and a female employee finally comes out the side door and proceeds to hand me just a container of horseradish sauce. I have to explain to her that with everything, This sandwich is now well over 30 minutes old and they are telling me to just add sauce to it. They did go ahead and remake it at this point, but employees definitely need better training on handling correctly handling messed up orders.“
