Ann Marie was the sweetest I came when I was 8 months pregnant and ate everything!! From a meatball sandwich to the chicken limón to everything else my husband ordered off the menu !! Ann Marie made me feel the best straight out of the hospital this day!! She gave me a good long list of baby names that I will appreciate forever !! “These guys have been on my list for a while and it was worth the wait. THIS IS PIZZA. Bridgeport phils still has my heart but this place just bumped into the 2/3 spot for me. TOP 3 Chicago pizzeria.

Crust: this is what did it for me. The crust was a perfect thickness and kept its structure/ crisp throughout the whole pizza

Sauce: they’re cooking down their own sauce I believe. It’s got a touch of that fresh tomato sweetness. Nothing over powering, just a great classic sauce

Sausage/cheese: high quality Battaglia products. Traditional cheese blend and good sausage. Nothing crazy in this category but definitely brings their pizza together

“Just had their steak (carne asada) tacos! Absolutely fantastic! The green salsa is on point! Very generous on the size of their tacos. I'm extremely picky when it comes to getting tacos in fact I only like my tacos from one or two taco places in all of Chicago. “My first time in was yesterday and the cashier, maybe he’s the owner? I’m not sure but was so nice! He answered the questions I had, he was very patient, and even recommended me his choice of things. It's refreshing to see people who actually care about their job these days and customer service. On top of all of that great impression, the pizza was SO good I got a slice of cheese, and their Hala sausage and I was surprised of how good it was???. The crust was crispy on the bottom, and had a softer outside crust. The cheese was good, and the Hala Sausage tasted fresh you definitely got a loyal customer here??‍♀️?. “No doubt the pizza’s are amazing but once we bring them home they do not taste good as we dine in at eat. Also, not only me but alot of people have noticed how rude the guy is who picks up the call. I am giving my order over the phone and he rushes me because he has someone coming in his restaurant. Next , I ask him couple of questions which he shows so much attitude. Third , I hate dining in this place . The guy keeps checking to see if we didn’t make the tables or floor messy. No kind of professionalism. We do not eat free . We pay for the pizza’s he should not show this type of etiquette“

“2nd time here. Very busy at noon time. Popular place. Parking was difficult since so busy. I also want to commend the employee, a young tall black man, who went out of his way to hold the door open for a disabled person in a chair and their family member. I shook his hand and thanked him and gave him the recognition he deserved for his kindness towards them. Little acts like these show we can still show respect to one another no matter who we are or where we are.“

Rookie mistake ordering 2 mediums on 1/2 price Tuesday. (Only applies to family size on up)

“We had reservation at 8pm on a Friday and the staff was super great in getting us in early (we arrived at 7pm after finishing errand early). The food was AMAZING. We all order personal pizzas and had wings as appetizers. The wings were perfectly crispy and their ranch was the good kind of ranch. The pizza did take a bit longer to arrive. I know deep-dish pizzas probably require longer time to make but the restaurant wasn't too busy but it wasn't a crazy time. We did order cocktails and the ratio of alcohol to mix was well done. Would definitely recommend coming for that Chicago deep-dish pizza experience!“
