“Very clean and kept up restaurant that the employees are very kind and patient when taking specific orders. I received absolutely amazing customer service and they had the patients to deal with me making an order with a text message I received for what was wanted by that person and then followed up with me going back and forth with what I wanted on my sub sandwich. Absolutely wonderful customer service, they were so kind and understanding. Also customized a box of cookies that they sell for a deal but let me create my own. The employees that took my order are who I hope that are there every time I come back. “A community staple! Sammi's not only has delicious food but their philanthropic endeavors are some of the best in the area! My go-to chicken bacon ranch salad is the absolute best!! Everything down to their kids grilled cheese is good! Great portion sizes, amazing specials, not to mention affordable.“

“I've only been to this location 2xs but both times the food was delicious and service was friendly. First time was a free med hook n ladder from T-Mobile which was awesome and made correctly. We ate in. The place was clean and tidy. Today 6/2/23 @1:17 pm I did a mobile order. The gentleman who prepared my order was so polite when I said I was a mobile order and made my sandwich and special requests perfectly. The sandwich was even done early and I only waited a couple minutes. It was sooo delicious. It was a double meat large NYSteamer with lettuce, onion, and banana pprs on the side. My husband, who is super picky, never had a NY steamer before and he said it was amazing as well. Thank you dude for today. I super appreciate it!!“

“Love me some subway! So yummy and quick line most of the time. Workers are nice and ask you if you want more on your sandwich or not, which might be helpful to some people. Basically, your average subway. Limited, but definitely recommend!!!“

“Great service makes all the difference. We just went through the Alton store and ordered two sandwiches. We only realized they weren't made correctly after we drove away. We went back and took our sandwiches inside to tell them. The manager was so sweet. They apologized for the mistake, immediately made it right for both sandwiches, and offered cookies, too. Mistakes happen, but it's how we deal with them that shows our character. We will be returning!“

“This staff is what really has me coming back!! I come in once a week and every time I am greeted with a hello. This is a busy location and they always have great attitudes which can be difficult (fellow fast food manager). I don’t normally write reviews but I have to give this store a give stars, way to go all.“
