“Absolutely gassed about my experience here the lady at the front before I could even greet her she greeted me with a warm hello, evening girly and that sold me she spoke to me like I was really someone and not just another customer. But now about the food the bread I’ve never been to another subway that has this beautiful of bread and I mean it’s soft and actually holds all my toppings and I love that I really enjoyed this experience today thank you to the woman taking my order she sold me at hello“

“Most of the time, this JJ's is spot on. Today was not the day. My wrap was beyond description! It was falling apart, the sauce was leaking out of the wrapper, the tortilla was saturated, the meat & veggies feel out every where! I had my first Thai Chicken Wrap a few weeks ago- it was phenomenal...today's may have turned me off all together!“

“Food is always delicious. The order was fulfilled as requested. But, the last 2 time, I have ordered the Flatbread, and it wasn't cut. I know it is perforated, but tearing with all the toppings doesn't always prove successful. Otherwise, I am only missing some of the ingredients. Bring back the spinach wrap, avocados and a few minor things! Thank you. ?“

“Their loaded potatoe soup is more like a loaded mash rather than a soup, although really yummy. I wanted to order a sandwich but noticed the sandwich assembly station from the register and noticed the kitchen staff wearing no gloved making sandwiches. I would fix this just to instill a better idea of cleanliness.
My first time coming the staff were extremely rude and rushed us to order with an empty restaurant. This time was slightly better.“

“Some people are just genuinely impatient with the fact that food takes time. And some people do not realize that “freaky fast” is not their slogan anymore, but hey reading comprehension isn’t everyone’s strong suit.
Everytime I step foot in this Jimmy johns, it’s incredibly welcoming. Especially Devyon, Brian, Thomas T, and Alison. I mean, seriously!! I’ve NEVER had any fast food worker go above and beyond for me, and they do every single time without a complaint or anything less than a smile! Everyone is ALWAYS smiling, the food is always wonderful, correct and fresh, I’ve not had an issue one. You can tell the people here enjoy their job. To whoever reads these reviews, you have amazing workers!!!

And I hope that the people who are complaining read my review. Learn some patience. You’re not the only person who wants to eat. (and if you’re on a time limit, maybe don’t place an order last minute, yeah? I bet it’ll work wonders for you next time if you properly plan.)😊“

“Came in to buy my 3-year-old daughter the best home cut fresh made fries around because she loves fries and as a surprise, the general manager bought. Very friendly woman working the register offered a cookie. I did leave a tip in the tip jar. This place is amazing, great food, great menu, great staff. They even have a Reuben and they're never busy. I would highly recommend to someone wanting to try something different and becoming a regular.“

“We placed an order, and they called to ket us know they just sent the driver out with a lot of orders, so it would be a little while. Due to the wait, they wanted to check if we still wanted the order or if it'd be too long. I cant express how much we appreciated that, and how thoughtful it was. Seriously. Thank you!“

“I have to say, this is THE best subway definitely in north county but possibly the stl area. Super clean, super fast and friendly. Literally hospital clean every time you go. The family that owns it is so nice and they genuinely smile every time I come in. Love this place. Food is always the best I get from subway too“

Need less to say that’s exactly what she was. So friendly from the moment I walked into the door. Talked with me the entire time she effortlessly made my sandwich, and then even worked to find me the best possible deal on my food. I didn’t even have to request that. She does great work even when she’s under staffed. Whatever she makes she deserves more.“
