“Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop was located right next to my eye doctor, so my Mom and I decided to have lunch here. The staff were friendly and the owner was front and center, in front of the register. I chose the BLT and my Mom got the Homemade Turkey. I liked my BLT and my Mom enjoyed her Homemade Turkey, but she noted that the turkey was a bit too dry for her tasting. The bread was super good but almost a bit too filling since it’s a soft white bread. We would come back though because it was somewhat affordable and very clean inside.“

“The sandwiches were thoughtfully crafted: ratios of ingredients and flavors were spot on. The ingredients were of noticeably high quality, especially the Cajun bacon and the corned beef. Both of these meats can crumble off the sandwich or be chewy, making the sandwich hard to eat. The sandwiches stayed together, melted in our mouths, and were all-around well-executed. In addition, the toasted ravioli were made from fresh ravioli (not frozen) and the difference was evident. We usually prefer super crisp fries, and while these are not crispy, the flavor and texture work perfectly together.

“We love their loaded sub! I raved about it so much that my husband decided to try it, which is completely out of the norm. Now, we travel from about 20 miles away just for these great sandwiches! I should tell you I'm not a huge sandwich fan, so this says a lot. The bagels are fantastic also, and I am a very particular about needing chewy bagels. The carrot cake cheesecake was also excellent, but it truly is not cheesecake. it is simply carrot cake but it's very good!“

“Fozzies is a staple of st louis sandwiches and homemade chips. Their food is always amazing, always prepared fresh, and has great taste and texture. The salads are always a strong seller, good size to split with 2 people. You can order an Animal, a salad, and a bag of parm chips and feed 2 people for a good price. Their small attention to details on their website, like getting a sandwich cut in half really sells the food.

Personally, we love the Animal, the bacon sandwich, and any of the salads. The parm chips are a must!!!“

“My most recent order here a bit ago was made with extra love and effort thank you to whoever made this pregnant lady an amazing sandwhich XD my son who likes black olives had to help me there were too many for me yo handle .... I think something went wrong with how I ordered tho on the app, the app didnt show all the extras I wanted so my note related to olives and mayo for the pregnant lady lead to even more extra mayo and olives than expected but other things weren't extra and the app showed everything not updated to have the extra so and so stuff .... but the sandwhich was really good and made me happy and my son and the baby baking currently“

“Anytime my family and I come into this location, everyone here is always so lovely and kind.
They are very patient when my son orders his food and even with me when I’ve had a long work day myself and have to come here for dinner.
We will always continue to come to this location even though there’s one a few minutes closer; this one will always be our go to subway.

“Hands down for the last three weeks in a row I've gone to the Subway in Rock Hill on Manchester and gotten the friendliest service. The lady at the counter was genuinely nice and seems to really care about her quality of service. All the ingredients we're full and fresh that we added to my hot foot long sandwich. The restaurant was clean and organized. I've been eating half of the footlong sandwich for dinner and taking the other half for lunch at work the next day. “Firehouse subs always has tasty sub options for everyone. We ordered the medium Engineer (with wheat, no onions, no Mayo, and spicy Cajun Mayo modifiers) and a large Turkey, Bacon, Ranch subs without modifications. We loved both. Bread and sub ingredients were fresh and extremely satisfying. We never receive bad service or messed up orders. Bonus? Firehouse supports first responders and loves military...active, retired, or veterans!“

“The food and service were just fine when I went for the first time. The meatball marinara sub I opted for was just filling enough, AND tasted great topped with tomato, lettuce, provolone cheese, onions, green peppers, banana peppers, and Southwest chipotle sauce on Italian herb and cheese bread, slightly toasted. The cheese was just melted enough to give it a real pizza like texture and taste. Another favorite submarine sandwich I really like here is the Spicy Italian. Either way, they're always topped with plenty of meat and cheese! The chocolate chip and white macadamia nut cookies are really tasty. A foot long sub combo is more than enough for me to eat in one meal so I save half my sandwich for a snack later in the day. And the employees always seem friendly and do a great job making my sandwiches.

I think the 3.5 stars is more indicative of the fact that they work next to 'high-powered' lawfirms and corporate offices.
