I ordered online from this Subway at around 7pm and when I arrived to pick up my order they where closed. I was super mad because it states online that they closed at 10pm but this wasn't the case at all. Now I'm stuck with the task of getting a refund for my order because it was paid for online when I placed the order. It took me a few days to get in touch with the right person to give me a refund and after that I still had to wait 3 or 4 business days for it to apply to my card....read full review

The girl behind the counter was by herself today. The guy at the adjoining chicken place as helping her out. They were both friendly and did a great job dealing with the place being shorthanded. Really a manager issue there. The area was clean and well stocked. Prices are wait and the sandwiches were good. Located in the Phillips Gas Travel Station. Easy parking. Clean restrooms. Security staff is present. Overall a delightful experience on our way to the airport.

The food quality is average for this restaurant But they have just done a better job constructing the sandwich. My only complaint is that it is so overly crowded it takes forever to get through the line.
