Flavor profiles through the roof and I'm always scarfing it down bc it's like I'm chasing the next bite.. and the best part is their portions of food, literally last me for at least two full meals. Great sushi pleasant store , very colorful but chill, one thing I didn’t expect was the floor was a little slippery , but looked clean may just be the type of tiles used or my shoe . Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Love the anime’s/gaming theme to store and names for the type of rolls, you could tell it was thought through and deliberate. Time between order and receiving the meal was quick …. I loved the Mario roll and crab Rangoons were more ish (would go back for this) .

Ultimately a Great experience and left comfortably full but not stuffed worth the spend??

“Shoutout to the Rittenhouse location. We are at Chop with our 4 year old son who just had surgery. I figured after the day we had let’s have some cookies. I placed an order from Levain on door dash. My wife after the long day she had put in the wrong address on the door dash order and the driver called screaming at me and wouldn’t come 1.3 miles to bring them even after explaining the circumstances. Door dash refunded my whole order without me even asking and I called Levain and they went above and beyond. They gave us cookies on the house and even threw in an extra chocolate chip and delivered them to CHOP. Not only are the cookies fabulous the hospitality is second to none. I am a lifelong customer to this location and want to thank everyone at the Rittenhouse location especially Mat who went above and beyond. Thanks again!“

“Rejoice! The place for some great Chinese teas had arrived near you! Yes, it does share the fad with the Taiwan born boba drinks. But our eye was caught by the nice website with images of nice teacups and ambiance. Only 23 miles away from home we discovered that the trip in a hot and still pandemic day was totally worth it. In few words owner, Shaolong picked the teaist vibes in us and offered us a great real experience of sharing a favorite tea - he introduced us to the wonders of Zhang Ping Shui Xian (漳平水仙). Unlike the real "black tea", the Pu-erh, this one also comes in bricks, yet is a type of oolong with an amazing floral scent. We were honored with 4 different samples which we are currently slowly and thoroughly testing (3 pics). And yes, the fermentation levels are different - some definitely will give you a great oolong taste, but others are just a unique elixir on its own. But back to the house itself. I see and hope for great unrolling potential. This could become a place for tea lovers and teaists in training. Why not theme days, classes, shared experiences, a club? We would join. The 23 miles are a drive, but there isn't much of a real tea-drinking place in our Chicagoland (unlike smaller cities in North America like Portland and Montreal). However, Living Water Tea House is a great promise and it totally won our full support! Keep the cups warm!“

The space features brews from four different breweries, a BBQ counter, and plenty of party games to keep things lively. The self-pour system makes it easy (and fun) to sample small pours and try a wide range of drinks beyond just beer.

The food is hearty and satisfying, though it’s not necessarily a destination for the food alone. Pricing isn’t especially budget-friendly, but it’s more about the experience, and our group had a great time overall.

Weather permitting, there’s also a nice patio outside. It’s easy to reserve tables for a group by calling ahead.

All in all, it’s a fun, low-key spot to hang out and taste a variety of beers in a laid-back setting.“

Ive been there twice now for their bocce ball league. The first time I had their pub burger and a pint, highly recommend. The second time I went with the bangers and mash. Fantastic.“

I've tried the white peach oolong, the rosé series, the fruit teas, and one thing I can say is that the fruit flavor is always prominent. I just got the sunset rosé milk tea with a bogo deal right now, and the rose flavor is so prominent, which is nice. The rose lychee has a sweet taste, with the lychee being very prominent. I went by the recommended amount for sugar, and the drinks were still decently sweet. I love getting the rice mochi as a topping in my drinks! The packaging is super cute.“

“Fabulous 4th of July Weekend at Loews Chicago!
 My husband and I had an excellent stay at the Loews Chicago Hotel over the recent long 4th of July holiday weekend!
The hotel is very modern, beautiful, and perfectly maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered an amazing view of the city. From check-in to check-out, every staff member we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful.
We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar, Streeterville Social — the food and drinks were delicious, and the city views were fantastic. We also appreciated the convenience of the lobby lounge and For Five Coffee Roasters — both offered great food, drinks, and a relaxing atmosphere.
The location couldn’t be better — within easy walking distance to Navy Pier, Grant Park, the Riverwalk, and Michigan Avenue.
If I had to suggest one addition, it would be an outdoor pool — but honestly, that’s the only thing that could have made our stay even better.

“We were able able to make a reservation via Google, and when we arrived they were expecting us. The staff is really nice, took our drink order right away (coffee and waters) and then our food order soon after. I loved my endless cup of coffee and banana crepes. One person ordered chiquillas, which looked great. We added meat sides later, which came right away. The bill was totally reasonable (no separate checks tho, FYI), and everyone left full and happy.“

“My group of 7 ate here 5/31/25 during my Bachelorette party and everything was wonderful. I had made a reservation, but due to some train delays we were running late. The hostess called to verify we were still coming and pushed our reservation back to accommodate us. The appetizers we had were delicious (Kung pao cauliflower, pretzel bites, and the spinach and artichoke dip). Everyone loved their food and raved about the tater tots. Lol At the end a manager brought us over two complimentary skillet cookies and a round of champagne to toast. I have a friend who is sober and the manager went and got her a sparkling grapefuit without a second of hesitation. I truly appreciated all of it. There is a 3% service fee that they will remove if you ask. We had them remove the fee and left that money as more tip for the server. I will note that for our large party they can only split a check in two or have it all on one. The hostess that I spoke to originally did inform me of this when I made my reservation, but it is something to keep in mind.“
