“The cookies are amazing as always! Staff can try to be a little more friendlier they give the factory worker feel (hot miserable & not trying to be there). Doesn’t feel welcoming but thankfully I’m not there for them 🤪 there for the cookiesss but a lil customer service goes a long way & if that’s too much try smiling it’s contagious! 😊“

“Always a 10/10! The Orland Park team is super fast, friendly and helpful! This location is clean and efficient. There’s always free and easy parking available which is appreciated. The cookies are consistently warm and delicious and I’ve always been able to get the flavor I want. I recommend!“

“The taste was good, but the strawberry jam didn't look fresh; it looked like it had been sitting out for a long time. There weren't any fresh strawberries on top of the cream, unlike the picture of fresh strawberries on the topping.“

“I was waiting for my cookies when I observed a worker who was rolling dough. She stepped away from the dough table, and went on her personal phone, then immediately went back to touching the dough. Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“

“Their other sweets are delicious too, but their kunafa is on another level! I think they originally opened this place just for kunafa, and honestly, I’ve tried it from so many places, but no one can beat theirs. The taste, the quality, everything is just perfect! If you’re a kunafa lover, you absolutely have to try this place“
“Location & Vibe: Situated in a cute plaza with lots of other shops around. It was super busy and packed inside, but they do have outdoor seating.
Menu: Tons of options to pick from. The dessert menu is huge.
Our Order: Nutella, Twix, pistachio, and vanilla gelato, plus the pistachio waffle.
Thoughts: Everything tasted super good and fresh. Definitely see why it’s always crowded. Great spot for a sweet tooth.“

“Visited Fishers location - so glad I did! Non-dairy lemon chill was pleasantly creamy (expected it to be tart like sorbet, but it was mild and delicious!) - and non-dairy caramel was amazing! So nice to have non-dairy flavors with flare! My son had cake batter and crazy cookie - loved them both! Our new go-to for ice cream - thanks, Eiffel Waffle!😎“

“My wife and I love coming here! But, you really need to have the cashiers start taking names for the orders at the walk-up. When there’s a crowd and the workers are yelling the order, especially when it doesn’t come out at once, causes a lot of confusion. If they yell out a name, someone will answer immediately.“
“Came in today and was greeted by this very nice gentleman, looked like he was busy with the machines in the corner but he was able to assist me with what i needed and i sure left satisfied. i think his name might of been chris tall white guy with hair covering his forehead. nice guy, see him all the time wonder if he’s a manager because all the other employees never really seem to care. nice guy.“
