“Always a 10/10! The Orland Park team is super fast, friendly and helpful! This location is clean and efficient. There’s always free and easy parking available which is appreciated. The cookies are consistently warm and delicious and I’ve always been able to get the flavor I want. I recommend!“

“I was waiting for my cookies when I observed a worker who was rolling dough. She stepped away from the dough table, and went on her personal phone, then immediately went back to touching the dough. Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“

“Visited Fishers location - so glad I did! Non-dairy lemon chill was pleasantly creamy (expected it to be tart like sorbet, but it was mild and delicious!) - and non-dairy caramel was amazing! So nice to have non-dairy flavors with flare! My son had cake batter and crazy cookie - loved them both! Our new go-to for ice cream - thanks, Eiffel Waffle!😎“

“Beautiful bakery and amazing sweets. The owners are very generous and know what they are doing when it comes to baklava and 3jeen. Prices are fair and portions are generous. It is family owned and everything is made in house. Would highly recommend anyone to come. JAZAK!“

“My wife and I love coming here! But, you really need to have the cashiers start taking names for the orders at the walk-up. When there’s a crowd and the workers are yelling the order, especially when it doesn’t come out at once, causes a lot of confusion. If they yell out a name, someone will answer immediately.“

“Came in today and was greeted by this very nice gentleman, looked like he was busy with the machines in the corner but he was able to assist me with what i needed and i sure left satisfied. i think his name might of been chris tall white guy with hair covering his forehead. nice guy, see him all the time wonder if he’s a manager because all the other employees never really seem to care. nice guy.“
