We were in town for one of the Sawmill Center events and stopped here for lunch. Clean, quiet, good lunch. A bit pricey for that, but prices are high everywhere. We ordered 2 burgers/fries and one grinder/chippers with some drinks and the bill was $60. Staff was very friendly and bathroom was clean. I’ll stop here again. I enjoyed it.
Note that we took our food to go because we were still concerned about COVID...the restaurant was pretty crowded on Friday night. We had the fried chicken dinner off the limited bar menu (judging by this and the weird hours, the place has not yet recovered from COVID and staffing challenges). However, it was some of the best fried chicken I have ever had. Really, really good. We went on a Friday night and had the fish dinner. Both the broiled and the fried dinners were very good. The service was quick and friendly. The prices were descent as well. This seemed like a great place for families.
