Coffee Shops in Carmi

“On our way to Garden of the Gods from Indiana, we stopped by Carmi for food. I initially thought this place was just a run of the mill coffee shop, but I was surprised to find that this was a full blown restaurant. Not only was it a full blown restaurant, it was a dang good one too. The waitress was an absolute sweetheart. Prices were great too. Only costed me $30 plus tip to feed a group of three. And I gave them a Ulysses S. Grant because the service was phenomenal. I haven’t mentioned the best part yet. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I really enjoyed Carmi, and we will be back if we are back.“

“So many people pick on McDonald's. It's a high paced stressful job that mostly kids do and they do it to keep us busy Americans running. Show some grace and be realistic in your expectations. Sometimes when you choose the cheapest, fastest restraunt in the industry things are always perfect. My food and experience was excellent. Keep up the good work.“
