“Tonight we went out to eat with 9 people. The food and service were amazing, but that actually isn’t even the reason I’m leaving this review. This is the first time my autistic son has been out to eat for this length of time. I felt this restaurant was super laid back and a great family atmosphere. They have an are with claw machines for the kids to try out and get up while they wait for their food. I feel like there aren’t many restaurants anymore like this and it was a game changer for us. It would definitely have me going back to go out eat there again because of it. Thank you for having such a wonderful place for families to go out to eat.“

“I’ve lived in Carpentersville for a few years now and tried Masi’s on a whim really last night and it was excellent! We tried the pizza, fried pickles and moz sticks. Everything was fantastic. I think even the ranch was homemade. I would highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t! I will be ordering again.“

“Love Lou's. Ordered the pizzas, and went to pick them up. One took a little longer, and the employee gave us a 4 pack of cookies, for having to wait. Pizza was AWESOME! Love The Lou, deep dish with sausage. They also have a gluten free for those needing it!“

“The family wanted pizza after going to Santa's Village nearby. This popped up on our GPS. We got there and were a bit confused with the sign outside of the locations. But we went inside anyways. We loved it. Ordered appetizer and 2 pizzas (deep dish and a thin crust). The man taking care of us was really attentive. Will definitely come back if we are in the area“
