“My daughter and I ate at First Watch on January 25,2024, the food was good as always. So as we were leaving I went to pay and my daughter and granddaughter went to the car, my comes in and say mama I locked the keys in the car and my granddaughter is in there. She called O’Fallon police and so did one of the staff did as well. The police community service worker came out and tried unlocking the door for about 20 minutes, remind you my granddaughter is in there and it’s cold and raining. Next thing I know almost the whole staff came out and tried everything they can do because they seen we were out there for a long time. I finally got ahold of my insurance company and they sent someone out and they was able to unlock my door finally. Big shout out to the staff at First Watch for all your help, my daughter and I really appreciate you all ❤️“

“As someone who has worked in the restaurant almost exclusively for the past 21 years, I can tell that this establishment prides itself on good quality food and good service. The place was on a wait (sometimes inconvenient but usually a good sign), we went to the bar while we waited for our table. The bartender, Chris was excellent. Once we were sat, our server Dailyn was professional, polite, pleasant, and prompt. We were especially needy from being tired and hungry from traveling. She made several extra trips to our table due to our neediness and maintained a pleasantness about her the entire time, despite being obviously to my trained eye busy. I wish I could dote on the kitchen staff by name because our food was excellent, but whoever was BOH on Thursday, February 27th prepared for us a delicious meal. The ambiance was rustic and cozy. I really could not recommend Peel more and can’t wait for my next opportunity to dine here.“

“EDIT: Additional star given; The following day Hotbox did deliver an additional box of cookies to my address to make up for my issues. Still wary of their delivery but I appreciated the effort to make it right! Cookies were delicious as always

The cookies are consistently enjoyable, but the shop is a poor excuse for "warm cookie delivery" as they advertise. I ordered cookies at 5:30 PM with an expected delivery time of a little over an hour. During that hour, I received text updates saying my cookies would be delivered by 7:20 PM.

When that time came and went, I tried calling the shop but got no answer. So, I went to the shop, and they told me my order hadn't even been packaged yet—this was already 15 minutes past the latest delivery time. The staff made no effort to make up for this or refund the $6 delivery fee I paid.

“We have been going to La Casa for several years. They are one of our favorite restaurants around town. Always seated quickly, customer service is above expectations, and their food is so good! We recently used them to cater a party- everything was wonderful and they gave us tons of food! Pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend!!“

“Phenomenal Experience! The staff was very tentative and supportive when it came to my pregnant wife’s needs. The smoked meat will leave you quite satisfied. Highly recommend! The owner is highly respectful, very experienced in the hospitality service industry. Go order yourself a signature cocktail and variety of smoked meat entrees and take in the atmosphere. “When I moved here 6 yrs ago I feel in love with Fletcher's because it's the only place in the county to get good food past 9pm. Whether it's full menu or late night....delicious. Again tonight I find myself there to feed my family good quality food. The great customer service is icing on the cake. An underrated local gem.“

The kids meals are like an adult meal and an adult meal would serve two adults. I just wish we had known that because we were visiting from out of town so could not bring home any leftovers. “5 Stars - Wonderful Gluten-Friendly Experience!

I visited Olive Garden around 4 PM for an early dinner, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. There was no wait, and I was warmly greeted and seated right away. Patty, my waitress, was attentive and friendly, immediately bringing water to my table.

I try to avoid gluten and count calories, so I was thrilled to see the gluten-friendly options on the menu. I ordered the gluten-free rotini pasta with marinara sauce, paired with two orders of gluten-free grilled chicken, and the classic salad with no croutons. Everything tasted delicious, and when my meal arrived, Patty noticed that the chicken portion seemed small. Without hesitation, she brought me additional grilled chicken, ensuring I had a satisfying meal.

The food was wonderful, and the customer service was even better. Olive Garden truly made it easy for me to enjoy a tasty, gluten-free meal. I will definitely be back!“

“I love bread company and I normally come to do my studying for school because of the quiet environment and great bagels and tea. Today a complete stranger came up to me and gave me a giftcard.
