Chinese Restaurants in Centralia

“I love Chinese food.... I've come to realize that you can go to a Chinese restaurant at 5:00 p.m. One day and the food be super good, Fresh, and then you could go to the same restaurant at the same time on a different day and it just be horrible. This was the first time I've ever eaten at this restaurant before but it was really good and fresh. They were busy.... That's always a good thing because they have to keep supplying the food so it's not just sitting out there in a warmer for hours like it would be if they weren't busy. I'm definitely going to eat there again someday.“

“Was here in town visiting in December and the food was good . The service was fine too however I basically just ordered and waited for my food to take back to the hotel. Will be going back this week as I'm back home visiting again. Plus...good luck finding a place to eat on a Sunday and Monday here in Centralia ?“
