“As a self-acclaimed regular at this location, I may be biased, but I'm a regular here because they have been by far the best location in the Champaign/Urbana area. I definitely go out of my way to this location, because all other locations in my area are simply jokes. These guys take pride in making their sandwiches', they're kind, and they're professional. I have never had a bad interaction here, or even a complaint about the sandwiches', which can't be said about other locations. I know it's just Subway, but thank you; thank you for not being one of those locations that has teenagers that don't care, managers that are skimpy on sandwich toppings, and employees that are overall just miserable with their jobs.“
“They’re actually pretty great when they’re not under staffed, or are busy multitasking with their drive-thru and lobby customers. I usually come here for a Spicy Italian sub, rather than travel far out to the Walmart Subway—plus they’re not cheap on the toppings. ;)“
“Everytime I come here the employees are always kind and respectful to me even though my order is odd and they respect my wishes on how I like my sandwiches made. Their pizza isn't that great however and the price is too high for such a small pizza with very limited topping options.“
“this Subway is so much faster at making your sandwich than most of the other ones in C-U are. and the sandwiches are still made very well. I've never been disappointed with a sandwich from this location, plus they are open late! it's nice to have a healthier option to pick up food from later at night.“
“It was a late lunch brake for me and my son. I've brought him to the college. After the trip, reloading the car, we've decided to go for food. Subway has sounded good for both of us. I've ordered my famous tuna sandwich and my son grilled chicken. The food was very good and the service was fast. RomanP“
“I have always had a great experience at Illinois terminal over my 100 or so visits. The terminal is clean, the staff is friendly, and there is plenty of space. My positive experience with one employee in particular prompted me to write this review. His name is Craig Williams and he went above and beyond to help me retrieve an overnight bag that I had lost on my Amtrak ride. He pulled a lot of strings to get my bag from Amtrak and he had it waiting for me when I arrived at the terminal! His help meant a lot to me, so thank you Illinois terminal and thank you Craig!“
“I eat here about once a week, and I always love my sandwich. I get the $4.99 footlong, and it's a really good price. I only eat half the sandwich for dinner, so I have two dinners for only $4.99. And it's really healthy too. Not much calories and you choose what you want. You can't beat that. You could get every vegetable that they have, and they can't charge you any extra. I love subway. Any subway.“
