“I only order from Pershing and Water St, Subway location in Decatur I'll. It's Always clean and friendly atmosphere. I can put an order in, in advance or day of, and the staff are always very friendly, Krissy Patterson is my go to girl. 😊 . FYI , I put in very large orders, and their always perfect.“
“Prices for a sandwich these days are insane. One footlong a drink and a snack size bag of chips 17 dollars. Ridiculous. Thanks Biden Food is good. Same footlong as its always been but three times the price. Not worth it. Just go to Applebee's“
“The place is nice and clean and the girl working behind the counter was very sweet and had perfect manners plus made a Damn good sandwich. Best experience I have had at a sub shop in a long time. That girl deserves a raise, I think her name was Kelsi“
“The girl working there at around 4:30 today didn't get her name had very good customer service, I was hesitant to order online as when I worked here I'd watch employees just throw stuff on the bread and into the bag, she made sure the order was correct, on time and with a good attitude.“
“Service was ok, food was good. Was told my Subway points couldn't be redeemed and that I couldn't get points from my purchase. Weird and not sure why. I would assume all Subway restaurants are part of the franchise and should honor the rewards program.“
“We visited here this evening after an attempt to place our order at the Pershing location left us angry & sour, thanks to a very hostile, rude employee. We were waited on by a lovely gal named Vanessa who made our sandwiches perfectly, and was incredibly warm and gracious. The employees at each location were like night and day...or Jekyll & Hyde I should say. The store was very clean. This will be our only location from now on. Vanessa & Lisa are two of the best, most friendly and professional employees Subway has to offer. Samantha, from Subway on Pershing? You really need an attitude adjustment. You're of no benefit to the company after what I witnessed this evening.“
“Kenley met all my expectations he is an amazing worker ! He is due for a raise I left him a tip ⭐️ star service! Today is Saturday may 18th the other worker that was on the shift with him is an our going gentleman as well great service and presentation!“
