Subway in Springfield

“There was a huge line when i got there and the workers were very efficient at getting them their orders and out the door. Elli and cameron were super nice and made one of the best sandwiches ive ever had at subway. Thank you guys for the excellent service.“

“Let me just say the Iles location is the best. I have been using Sangamon because it’s closer to my house but for work Iles is and the sandwiches are always correct and look amazing. Last few times I ordered elsewhere items were not correct and looked like crap tasted that way as well! Give Iles lunch staff a raise“

“The 2 stars are because the A/C wasn't working properly. I haven't been to this Subway in a while. The sandwich maker was very welcoming, and I ordered a footlong veggie. All the veggies were crisp and fresh. They no longer have the honey oat bread -- my favorite -- so I had cheese and herb bread which is good. I also had a drink.“

“I was at the Sangamon Avenue store in Springfield , Il . I got an Italian BMT Salad with all the veggies ! It was one of the most delicious salds I have had from anywhere , Patrick did an Amazing job , and his customer service was excellent ! I can't wait for my next on he makes !“

“Is it company policy to serve EVERYONE that is in line and then make the online orders? This is the third time I have dealt with this at this location and I have come in and told them I have an online order and they get the receipt and confirm it and then make all the food for others, even people who come in the store after me that do not have online orders.“

Parking: I don't know if I'd say a lot of parking but there was two or three available spaces at the front of the Road Ranger.

Wheelchair accessibility: Once you get up on the sidewalk you can roll right in“

“I asked if I could charge my phone after receiving my order and wanted to go outside to eat. I didn't expect the employees to look after it but I didn't realize that the electricity bill would be so high. My less then 20 minute android charge, which is literally less than 2 cents would've put you out of a job. Good looks jedi. I will never go back to this subway again.“
