“Could use a more friendly staff. Gentleman at register is always so kind and polite. I can not say the same about others. As the face of subway when you walk in. You would think you be treated with a warm welcome instead of inconvenience “
“Excellent. The employee was very good at her job. Along with polite while multitasking between customers, timers going off and training a first day employee. Wish I new her name to give her credit with the corporaye office. She also new specials pertaining to specific limited locations.“
“Ordered online. Got a notification that my sandwiches were ready. Got there about 5 minutes after the notification, and they were just making them. There was a lady who came in after me, and she had the same experience. There wasn't a customer in the store, so I'm not sure why they were so far behind. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that everyone had just left. Thankfully, I wasn't in a hurry. But they did make the sandwiches correctly, and they were good. So, all in all, it was worth the minor wait.“
“I met Kelly yesterday after another Subway messed up my order. Without question she made the sandwich again and apologized for the mistake. I’m going through chemotherapy and was on my way to the Cancer Center. I was nervous even approaching her after the way I was treated on College Ave. I will only visit the Airport location, now. Kelly was a breath of fresh air in a market where good customer service is hard to find! Thank you, Kelly for being an amazing human! I appreciate you!“
“I don't care what time of day you enter this store it is always spotless and the employees are excited to see you. Now then their sandwich making skills are the best of any sandwich shop in town. The add on are always fresh and appealing. The bread is fresh and their not stingy when putting meat on your sandwich. Overall you will not be disappointed when you patronize this business .“
“One of the best sandwiches I had in years. Unfortunately, there is no more subways like that in Chicagoland area. We were able to share 1 foot long sub and be full, and at other places you are still hungry after eating a full one by yourself.“
