“The Brick House has been my go to spot on Friday Nights for years, thanks to Jim McBride’s Karaoke. I come for the karaoke and laughs with friends, but I have to say recently they have upped their game with their staffing! Alexis is THE BEST bar manager! She makes everyone feel welcome and she is incredibly vivacious which helps to boosts the morale of patrons and staff! She, along with my favorite bartender Katie, always make sure my friends and I are taken care of. I can honestly say these two incredibly hard working ladies give some of the absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve worked in the customer service industry for 10+ years. Fridays are always better with Alexis and Katie!!!“
