“Genuinely so delicious. Was recommended this place but a local and I'm so glad the husband and I stopped in. We got a caramel marshmallow latte thing that tasted like campfire toasted marshmallows, but we were there specifically because we wanted pastries. He got a Danish and I got the triple very muffin and honestly both were absolutely divine. I love a blueberry muffin as it is, but theirs are so soft and they don't slump even a little on the very flavor. The Danish was delightfully flaky and filled with a praline sort of filling, which was just the right amount of sweet. Highly recommend getting your baked goods warmed as well! Well be coming here again next time we're in Springfield“

“Really good customer service at this shop. I went in looking for a chicken wrap which I learned isn't on the menu at Panera. The gentleman taking my order suggested the Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad. I ordered the half salad for $8.99 which turned out to be plenty big enough for one person. I never knew a salad could ever taste so good and I now have one more reason to keep going back to Panera!“

“Although coffee is good and staff cordial, beware that this business charges a "Non-Cash Adjustment" Fee when customers pay with a charge card. In addition to coffee, I bought merchandise totaling $25.00. I was charged $1.23 for using my charge card. I do NOT recall seeing a warning sign. Staff did NOT alert me to their policy. Disappointing experience.“
