“I work downtown and go here at least once a week. I order the same thing when I go, 16oz Fr Vanilla Latte with half and half. Depending who was working the counter I would get charged differently each time. $5.66 one day or $6.77 the next. I asked one day and was told I was being charged for the half and half. Ok fine, BUT today I go there and order the same drink and they wanted to charge me $7.00 for a 16oz??? Starbucks and Dunkin charge $4.49 for the same drink and size. I go to CXT to support local. But today was probably my last day. The gentleman today fixed me up and I was charged $5.00. I think you Managers better circle back because no one will pay $7.00 for a 16oz iced latte.“

That was me at River City Grill, except the choir was me, and the humming was involuntary. The Cali Chicken Sandwich arrived like a supermodel at a backyard BBQ: casual yet undeniably stunning. Grilled chicken so tender it probably spent the morning in a spa, avocado so creamy it could double as moisturizer, and bacon crisp enough to make your dentist blush. The whole ensemble was wrapped in what I can only assume was bread baked by a sentient cloud. As for River City Grill itself? If Apple designed restaurants instead of gadgets, this would be it. Clean, stylish, and so comfortable you’d swear they slipped a Tempur-Pedic under the seats. And the service? Let’s just say the staff treated me better than my own family does, but without the subtle guilt trips about calling more often. In conclusion, the Cali Chicken Sandwich isn’t just a meal; it’s a therapy session for your taste buds. Bravo, River City Grill. Bravo.“

“We had a wonderful stay. The first day was incredible we ate at their restaurant I had the steak and everyone else their pizza food was super delicious. Steak was phenomenal. The next day my family and our friends decided to have some Japanese food at a restaurant nearby. I ended up having an emergency situation where I was in active anaphylaxis I begged my husband to just take me to the hotel which was right across the street. We came in the door asked if they had Benadryl and they asked if we needed an ambulance (husband said yes as I was saying no I’m fine, I wasn’t clearly fine at all) Everyone acted fast and got me Benadryl, water and kept my little one occupied while everything was going on. All this happened literally with in minutes. The ambulance came took me to the hospital where we sat for several hours to monitor me after receiving epinephrine. My friends watched our little one. I wish I caught the names of the staff members. Thank you for stepping in and acting fast and keeping everything calm. Truly appreciate everything y’all did for me that day. Very grateful my husband didn’t listen to me when I was saying no. Y’all are the best! Thanks for the amazing stay and the amazing riverside view!“

“I had an okay time but this one worker Lydia who might be a short bus hire if you get what I mean… she got my order wrong and when I went to complain she said nope that’s the right order then I pulled out the receipt and she just read what she wanted and kept denying that she got it wrong so? At least she was entertaining me because she’s definetly playing a satire character then after I finished the food that I was given still wrong Lydia gave me stank look but she kinda had a lazy eye so I could be wrong anyways very funny“

“yes I recommend Julie's for the most part. it's clean and most of the employees are very nice. But not on this day December 23rd 2023 at 11:00 a.m. I was just in there and the old lady behind the counter is yelling at me to turn my machine down cuz she can't stand it loud. it drives her nuts. So I did it this time and a time before this, but I'm here to tell you that's the last time I do it cuz I like my machine loud when I'm gaming I'm betting my money in your establishment and I'm tired of getting yelled at by this lady to turn myachine down. I will not turn it down again. This is not the first time she's done this so somebody needs to talk to her and tell her get ear plugs or find another job cuz I'm not turning my machine down anymore I like it loud thank you.“
