“I was told the other night there was no ice, ordered a sweet tea. and a shake shake machine was down ofcourse they had no sweet tea , then ordered dr. pepper, a double quarter pounder plain meal , a mcdouble, and a deluxe Mccrispy with fries. the double quarter pounder was so saturated with grease the box fell apart I had to dry it with a paper towel then bite into it and it was raw as can be, the mccrispy was so old it was turning black, and the mcdouble was completely smashed, not to mention we ate our fries and go to take a drink of the dr.pepper and it was straight syrup, over 25 dollars and the only thing edible was the fries. called the complaint line had to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone haven't heard anything back at all“

“The Dairy Queen in Pontiac IL the blizzard ice cream was melted as she handed me my ice cream she didn't turn it upside down like they say they will on commercial because it would of went all over l should of just taken it back and not tried to eat it it was not the right Temperature they must have something wrong with there freezer very disappointed the other people l was with there ice cream was melted too“

“Was a one person show when I went. Took a few minutes to get the freshly made food from the employee. Everything I expect Checkers to be. Good food at a reasonable price. It's attached to a gas station. So able to get other items when you stop there.“

“This is a good Taco Bell. It is about half way between Joliet and Peoria and I always stop here on that journey and always get well made items and never had an issue. I usually stand and face the kitchen and they all seem to be hard workers. I'll take this over a Chicago location any day.“

“Best subway I've been to hands down. I was greeted when I walked in. The line was long, but it moved quickly. The employees were communicating with each other the entire time and worked efficiently. Food was hot and fresh. Sandwich stayed together regardless of getting all the veggies. You guys take care, I'm definitely stopping here next time I'm driving through Illinois!“
