I had a very poor experience here last night while delayed at the airport. I ordered an Allmond pretzel and the cashier told me “30 minutes” as I put my card in the machine she snatched it out and yelled “TIP FIRST” and then yelled Nevermind with an attitude. She then proceeded to show me the tip bucket and I declined. Why would someone need to tip for placing an order THAT YOU DON’T even have READY! Very rude.
